Feels like the food quality went down compared to previous years. Stale cookies, pink watermelon, overcooked fish. There’s plenty of choice and you won’t be hungry, but the quality leaves something to be desired.

Best family resort: returning for a 3rd year! After initial mix up at the checking management has resolved the issue and was very accommodating. Glad do see the property being updated: hope they keep up the high standard.

There is no indoor car park and only limited number of parking spaces in shade. Leaving the car out in the heat under the sun in summer..is not really ideal.

I could write down a few small details, but honestly, all the little things are outweighed by how amazing everything else was — there’s really nothing to complain about or be picky with. All in all: everything was SUPER!

We had the most amazing family holiday at this hotel — it completely overachieved our expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the variety of playgrounds kept our boys entertained for hours. The beach is beautiful, and the pool area was just perfect for young kids. Both of my boys learned to feel secure in the water during our stay because the pool depth was only around 60–70 cm, so they could both stand easily. Our older son even learned how to dive and was so proud to go down the big slide on his own! The Kid Zone was a huge highlight — it felt just like a wonderful daycare, with a warm and caring atmosphere. No parents allowed inside meant the kids could really immerse themselves, and the staff made a big effort to speak many languages so every child felt safe and included. And the food — I have no words to describe how incredible the buffet was! You can really tell they put their heart into the food and service. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Inner facilities are kind of small for the size and always overcrowded. Food is good, but not excellent. Would prefer more local and sesasonal stuff. Extras in the hotel are pretty pricy

It could use s bit of updating of rooms, there were lineups in the restaurant and the indoor pool was a bit crowded but these are all minor things.

Everything for kids, excellent staff, all amenities you may need, tasty food with plenty of variety. There were free tenis lessons for kids, very cool nets for kids to play, game rooms countless activities and even care for a toddler (usualy playrooms only take kids 3plus old).

The sea, the nature, and the big garden are beautiful. The hotel has everything you need to rest and relax. The pools are awesome, the room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen is absolutely fantastic! I had the most delicious food here ever!!! Thank you all!

Check-in and checkout were exhausting! People are so disrespectful that they block the drop-off area in front of the hotel for hours. Both upon arrival and departure, we were not able to park in front of the hotel and we had to carry every single item from the car (and with kids you have a lot) from the very top of the parking lot in the heat (parking lot was else full). The hotel could do more to prevent long term parking in the drop off area (placing a no-parking note on their windshield did not help) and enable easier check-ins. It can get quite loud and chaotic in the restaurant, but we expected this in a family hotel. I would not recommend it for people without kids hoping for a quiet and relaxed vacation ;). It is a pity as this had a negative effect on our otherwise really nice vacation, but the beds were too hard for us and we unfortunately did not sleep well.

Hotel set-up is amazing, everything is meticulously planned to fulfill the needs of the families / kids. The hotel area is huge with countless playgrounds and climbing opportunities for kids. We loved our evening walks in the hotel area. Location is great, and there is a tourist train to Rovinj. Food was amazing with so many options, particularly for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony was large with a nice view.

Beautiful location and accommodation. I think it was almost fully booked hotel and food was always on stock nothing missing on any meal! Great service. Clean! Everything in hotel is truly set for kids to enjoy. Highly recommend.

Because it’s a family hotel, we missed a few amenities in the room since we travelled with a baby, like a diaper bin, changing space. Also the electric sockets verengt child proof.

We liked all the playgrounds for kids. The room was spacious and with a huge balcony. The buffet was kid friendly and with lots of food for us as well - the food was actually veeerry good.

It is a little bit far from the city, but there is a water taxi and a bus to Rovinj. The shower is shallow, the bathroom gets easily flooded when a child is splashing the water.

The hotel has everything a child can wish for. The view from the balcony was amazing. There is plenty of food, the selection is good. There are cats in the garden :)

Everything! The kids cannot wait to come back. Outdoor pools were officially closed but opened during a warm sunny day. Meals are excellent. The hotel’s focus on children is brilliant—our kids had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the sauna and wellness spa. Four days were too short to make the most of our stay.
