We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service we received from the staff. The hotel manager, Emmanuel, went above and beyond when we encountered an issue during our stay. He resolved it quickly and efficiently, showing not only professionalism but also genuine care and warmth. His personal attention made us feel truly valued as guests, and it turned our stay into a memorable one. I would also like to recognize Dora at the reception, who was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made sure all our needs were met with a smile and positive attitude. Both Emmanuel and Dora are an incredible asset to the hotel, and thanks to their exceptional service, we will definitely be returning.

The main attraction of this club is clearly the great location - there are kilometer long beaches with a path going all the way to the next village - perfect for a morning run, many places to go swimming in the clean sea, and enough quiet areas for the deck chairs (including shaded areas due to the lush trees). Note that the club area is huge and sprawled along the beach, which is positive because it has enough room if you are seeking quiet, but plan for quite a bit of walking to get from one part to another. Quickly skipping to the hotel room from the beach is unlikely, given the winding paths.

The staff (pretty much everywhere except at the reception) has definitely not had training adequate for a 5 star rated hotel. They are generally not attentive to detail (many parts are not clean, some are in disrepair) and on requests, the first answer is pretty often "no, not possible" unless you insist that they double-check - in some cases, it turns out to be possible after all, and they just didn't want effort. One of the most problematic aspects of this behavior is in the main restaurant (breakfast and dinner): tables are often dirty even after being "serviced", flagging down a passing waiter (because they don't notice on their own when somebody is looking for service) is a real pain, or it can take 10-15 minutes to actually get the ordered breakfast coffee. And don't go there if you require gluten-free or any other dietary option. While clearly advertised in the listing, they don't actually have good options and don't make an effort to provide any. In 6 nights, on the first 2 occasions in the main restaurant there wasn't even simple gluten-free toast bread available, let alone any dessert. We had to demand talking to the restaurant manager for them to order some (pre-packaged, dry) gluten-free bread for the next days. Dessert is generally unavailable, and when asking specifically, the kitchen (even at the specialty restaurants) might provide panna cotta or a fruit salad. Vegetarian and vegan options are similarly pitiful and totally inappropriate for a hotel that calls itself 5 star. I would rate the dining options and staff behavior somewhere along the (national) lower 4 star range, definitely not in the 4+ or 5 star range. Compared to e.g. the Grand Hotel Brioni Pula (same national 5 star category), they are worlds apart! Oh, and the 10€/day "voluntary" flat tip fee is very werid and seems like an additional management tax on top of the hotel rate.

Landscape is so beautiful like in our native Ukrainian Crimea, good breakfast , spacious room

I paid through booking and then they send me the link, which my security bank said it’s 100% fraud. Then suddenly I needed to pay deposit EUR100 a day, which is illegal in the EU to force you to pay. In the end they included in the bill “voluntary tip” for their poor service ! Almost every day problem with towels , cleaning (Asians cleaned well, the others didn’t, every day either the soap was not added , or the milk for the coffee or shower gel). I paid the deposit and then restaurant waiter said - you need to pay here , as we are separate from hotel, so what’s the point for the deposit ?? (Took 20 min to solve this)

The staff service was always good. Whilst a bit out of the way from Zadar, it was a beautiful location. The pools were all good as were the loungers throughout.

Strangely maybe, we didn't like the blue wrap around the hotel facade. Really needs an update. The TV was shambolic and rarely worked properly but it was a small issue. The Barcera restaurant was hugely expensive whilst at the same time, the Planika was a bit so so with its quality. Otherwise, a superb spot.

    Property response:

Dear Mr. Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful oasis our hotel offers, away from the city crowd, as well as the pools and the service from our staff. We’ve taken note of your points about the hotel’s exterior, the TV, and the restaurants, and we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We’re always looking for ways to improve. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better stay. Best regards, Lara Guest Relations Specialist

The property is in a great location, very quiet and relaxing. The service is exceptional and you have everything you need there. The operation manager was very kind and taking care of everything to keep the service on a 5-star level. The hotel has one of the largest spa areas I’ve ever seen. The sea view is perfect. The variety of food and even a couple of different restaurants should have something for everyone. All meals were very delicious.

Some people we’re not taking proper care of their kids who were running around and screaming. Someone should have told them that this is the spa hotel and not the family one. Some of the staff at the Spice bar is not up to the level of service which is required for a 5* hotel. The rocky beach should be improved.

Super nice and comfortable room with a great (sea) view. Hotel staff above all expectations - feels like home. Amaizing breakfast with tons of choices. Resort offers all kind activities for kids that helped me a lot since I had two of my granddaughters with me.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made it a perfect getaway. The beach was picturesque and offered a truly relaxing environment. It’s an ideal spot for those looking to unwind and enjoy some natural beauty.

The service at this location was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and gave off an unwelcoming vibe, which made interactions feel rushed and insincere. Additionally, all beach facilities closed by 6 PM, so enjoying a sunset with a drink wasn’t possible. The area also lacks nightlife activities, making the evenings rather uneventful. Improvements in service and extended hours for beach amenities would significantly enhance the experience.

We loved the property as it is huge with a beautiful garden and pool. It has tons of facilities like tennis, paddle, bowling, spa , kids entertainment…. The restaurant at the beach for dinner was very good to and the breakfast had lots of choices and was of good quality.

The AC was not properly cooling. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms in general more of a 4 Star than a 5 star hotel. The Spa treatments we had (massage and facial) were average.

Pools were a good size. Some great staff. The resort was nicely spread out so everyone had lots of space on their sunbeds. Lots of activities for the whole family and a great kids show with the children who had done the cheerleading activity, that was fantastic!

The building is getting dated and requires maintenance. The food was very average in the main restaurant with limited choice, with the exception of breakfast which was very good. There was no regular drinks service around the pool, you had to go to the bar to order. The pool should be cleaned more regularly.

    Staff, breakfast!!:)

Always asking for fresh orange. Not enough variable dinner, little bit boring menu. Information sharing could be much better, restaurants, programs, we were here 4. time but we were more satisfied at the previous sessions.
