Based on the pictures, we thought we might have a room with a view to the ocean but we were taken to a totally separate building where there were no views of the water. The building the four of us were in was apparently recently remodeled and was nice, but we weren't told this beforehand. It ended up not being a big deal since we had the nice rooftop terrace and were out and about looking at the water wherever we ate or walked. Just be aware that there are two separate buildings.

Breakfast is extra so did not experience it but the menu looked good. The rooms had good air conditioning but if you open a window it goes off so drying clothes after washing them was difficult. The water pressure in shower was great, nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds, access to a lovely little rooftop terrace where we had wine and snacks every evening. The overall location was perfect with a quick walk to the historic center of the town.

We stayed one night at this bed and breakfast. It was very conveniently located across from the ferry and the old town. The room and bathroom are nice and clean and breakfast was out on the terrace.

The location was the best close to the ferry and to old town, plus no stairs, except for the flight to the room! The staff was super helpful with getting transportation and answering questions about area activities. The room was clean and updated. Super comfortable. Even though the hotel was right in the main part of town still super quiet. Highly recommend

Couldn't have been in a better location. Kids loved the swimming outside the front door and we loved the very short walk into the old town.

The humidity in the bathroom, that spread to the bedroom. The stone walls in the shower are pretty but not very hygienic.

Lovely location in an amazing town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the roof terrace was a big benefit.

bathroom has a bit of mouldy corners and could be deep cleaned better. Also minor but prefer body wash and shampoo to be separate products.

Great location so close to the ferry terminal yet inside near main square entrance Petra and staff were amazing and so efficient! There is a great feeling you get when you arrive and someone just takes care of the bags and getting you settled into your rooms safely! Thank you San Teodoro team and Petra. 😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The room was quite small to be a triple and the small sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Additionally we had problems with the bedside plug sockets. Either the USB points didn’t work or the plug points wouldn’t take out European adaptors. One socket in the room did take the European adaptor but this did cause us issues with the three of us trying to charge our phones, in addition to using the kettle, hairdryer etc. The hotel staff did try to help but had no adaptors that would fit.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean, air con was good and roof terrace was great. Nice to have free parking and use of beach towels.

The sofa bed was directly in the path of the air conditioner, irrespective of lowering the fan speed and direction of the vents. Whoever sleeps on the sofa bed doesn’t have a pleasant sleep but if you turn it off the room becomes ridiculously hot and stuffy. To be honest I thought the room was overpriced

Bathroom in Room 10, the water when you showered would go everywhere. The shower was not designed very well. The kitchenette faucet is not secured down. When you turn on the water too high the faucet will come off the faucet. Also the buffet breakfast is quite expensive.

The location was great, the property was charming. Although a lot of flight of stairs to get to our bedroom which was room 10. Although it was a good workout everytime we got back to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Nice to have chilled water in the room along with local cookie treats. Nice time have big windows to open and allow the Adriatic breeze to flow into the room.

Nothing it was all wonderful

We loved everything about the property. The location and boutiqueness of the hotel was fabulous. The staff were outstanding and helped make our stay even better. With their assistance we were directed to amazing restaurants, accessed the rental scooter from the company next door and got helpful information about things to do in the area including a day at Lumbarda, wineries and La Banya. Totally recommend staying here on the waterfront

Amazing position easy walk from ferry. Rooms were well appointed, clean, character filled and welcoming. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. When I discovered I had left something in our room staff happily arranged for it to be sent to me in Dubrovnik on the next ferry.
