Great location for nature and birdwatching. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Accommodation in restored 300 year old house was quirky and interesting.

Very delicious food, very friendly hosts, peaceful location and huge yard which is very nice when travelling with your dog like us. Do not forget a mosquito spray!

Woken up at 0630 with chainsaws and hammering. Our host said it was our bad luck to book on the days the work was being done. No 1 requirement of a B&B is to provide a good night's sleep so we should have been warned, with an option to cancel. I sympathise with the difficulty of finding workers but they could have been instructed to start work later.

Charming, rustic, traditional houses in beautiful setting. Hearty breakfast (although butter would be nicer than margarine! ) with homemade/ home produced meats, cheese, jam and eggs. One of only two places (that I know of) that provides an evening meal in Lonjsko Polje. Meals are served in shifts due to the small size of the kitchen so I suggest, if you don't want to wait, you arrange your meal time before you arrive. We had lovely drinks on the lawn while we waited our turn.

The house is about a half an hour from Sisak or from Jacenovac in a quiet and beautiful village of Lonja near Sava River with incredible nature. Staying in the house exceeded all expectations. This is a dream house, which is very comfortable to relax from the city. There is also a fairly large plot around the house with another options to stay and a kithcen. The place is magic, everything is made with taste, with attention to details and care, clean.

Everything was perfect! No card payments accepted but we did a bank transfer which was relief because the closest ATM is 40 min away.

We liked it all. However, if we need to emphasize something, we would say that not all of the windows had traditional wooden blinds. All of them had traditional curtains, but if you are a person used to 100% darkness while sleeping, maybe you should take your sleep masks. This didn't bother us, we had a good night sleep, enjoyed waking up with nature and beautiful sunrise. :)

Very friendly and polite owners, providing relaxing family atmosphere for all of guests. Owners are willing to give you advice about location and potential activities. Nice and good cared for garden surrounds facilities. Place is also pet friendly. Isolated location at the end of a small village - quiet, peaceful. Quietness is only interrupted by local domestic and wild animals during the night, which also gives special countryside vibe. :) It is good that they offer food, especially breakfast and dinner, because there are only two restaurants located 15 to 20 minutes by car. Food was good, as well us domestic hard liquor. They have mosquito nets on windows and our room was mosquito free, but make sure you take your own repellents for sitting outside and going into nature. Room was rustical, traditional, clean and just like on the photos. Linen and towels were nice and clean. They have bikes for rent, which was nice experience - most of those small villages near river and swamps are located in a radius of approximately 20 km.

Nature, location, delecious home made food, kind, helpful and flexible hosts. All was perfect, we felt just like home and would definitely come back. We had 'a little accident' with car keys being locked in the car on our last day. Igor and Mladen solved the situation immediately, called 'the guy' and saved our day. Thanks guys for being there for us and making us feel like home! ❤
