There are some mistakes in the description of the smaller apartment. There is neither a kitchenette nor a tea/coffee machine. Only an electric kettle and a refrigerator. This needs to be changed asap!

Cozy, pretty and comfortable room in a quiet area. Short walk (uphill, stairs) from the main street, where most of the restaurants and shops are. Short walk from the beach and waterpark. Nice view from the balcony. AC, kettle and fridge in the room. Very nice and accommodating hosts. Good value for the money (payment was cash only).

The space was a bit narrow, to open properly the suitcase. The room was quite dark. No shower gel nore shampoo were available. The shower head is leaking.

The location was ideal, close to the city center and the beach. Nice balcony with a view. Very quiet neighborhood.

The cleanliness of the property, photos that were taken, showed an infestation of ants and bed bugs on the bed. The state of the apartment is beyond awful, and I would not recommend anyone staying there unless they do not care about getting bitten several times on their legs and arms. Also, this may be the reason why the owner asks for cash instead of on-site payment, as it's most likely harder to get a refund through booking.com. An absolute disgrace... I thought I wouldn't trust many reviews on the site as they could've been from people who haven't experienced bad apartments to stay at before, but believe me, this is beyond impractical for anyone to stay in longer than two days. Choose somewhere else... On top of this, me and my partner have returned home after our two day stay with multiple bites down our leg and arms which are very tender and itchy...

The apartment was in a quiet location and within walking distance of the beach, and the owners were pleasant.

We payed in cash at check in but after staying a bit in the appartment we notice that: -Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty, the sheet cover was dirty, there was hair in the shower, hair in the night table, dusty all over, wifi does not work, fridge was dirty and there was some random milk in the freezer that previous guests left it there probably, there were spiders and bee hive in the balcony. We felt so bad and we complained and wanted a refund. We did not get a full refund, we did get only 60 euro out of 140 that we payed. We left the accomodation on the same night and we did not feel good to sleep there. I felt so sorry to say this to the old could host that lives on next door appartment. Had to call the booking number for adjustments and make the cancelation happen. Sad that it was only partly refunded

The price was okei and the helpful staff trying to solve the problem but unfortunatelly it was not on the standard that we were looking for.

The room was amazing with a breathtaking view. Bath room was also really good. Location was nice, close to the beach, but in a really quiet area. 15 mins walk to the Centre, but you can enjoy a stunning view on the walk. Our favourite part was the hostess, a sweet lady next Door. I am missing her already. Great stay overall. Deffo recommend a 100%. Also if you need a ride to or from the Airport you can request it. The car was driven by the hostess grandson, and he is great. He offers tourists boat and cars rentals and tours. Everything you need is at your hand.

The room was dirty, you could feel dirt/sand on the floor. There were cobwebs in all corners with spiders. The worst thing was that there were ANTS walking practically everywhere in the room. There were also ants’ dead bodies squashed on the walls so I think people before us also had the ants and they were killing them themselves. The AC was not working properly as we set it on the lowest - 17°C and it was still pretty hot in the room, it was hard to sleep. The beds were also very uncomfortable. There were only duvet covers to cover yourself when you sleep, no blanket or anything. One lamp near the bed didn’t work at all. And the bathroom? Don’t even get me started. The smell was awful like something died in there. The ants were also everywhere. The shower head was broken as well as the overhead rain shower head. It was disgusting to use any facility in the bathroom. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM You also need to pay in cash as you arrive there as booking doesn’t take the money from your account. Be careful.

We stayed here for 6 nights during July and absolutely loved it! The host was so nice and made sure we had everything that we needed! The location is perfect - close to the ocean and beach, restaurants, cafés and supermarket. A 5min walk to the bus stop where buses leave directly to Dubrovnik old town! Amazing stay.

The ground-floor room WiFi strength is very poor. The big double bed is very loud once you move your body.

1. Exceptionally friendly hosts - lovely old couple, always smiling. 2. The room (ground-floor) is quite big, 3-4 persons, own kitchen with table/chairs, bathroom, back deck to dry beach towels/swimsuits. 3. The front deck is perfect - with a table and benches to sit and relax, even during hot days, as there is a shadow provided by green cover-roof full of leaves and kiwi fruits. 4. The appartment is close (400m) to the best beach "Żal" and to the Cavtat center and konobas/restaurants.

WiFi was poor, didn’t work so had to use my own mobile data, and their were ants in my bed on the corners so watch out, I killed lots of them but not a great experience nonetheless.

They didn’t speak English or understand it quite well but that was not a major problem; we could understand each other perfectly. Also the stairs that lead to the apartment are quite a lot

The host family was so nice, the lovely couple who received us showed us the room which was great. It was confortable and nice! The balcony had amazing views and the bathroom was also great
