It is about 25 minutes walk to the old town, and 15 to the biggest beach in the city.

Really a great place overall! Facilities are top notch! The room is big and comfortable, the pool is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is above and behind, friendly, helpful and professionals. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

I loved the location of the hotel, the staff from the reception to the cleaner and breakfast staff where so helpful and accommodating, there was shops and restaurants near the hotel if you didn't want to go far. Amazing holiday.

However the price does not match the experience , We paid over 1000 Euros to stay there and then were charging 40 Euros for breakfast ! , I never seen such an expensive continental breakfast - Needless to say we declined paying for it on principle alone. The owners need to re think that as its a total rip off. We went to the local spar instead.

The pool is small, though our children really had the pool to themselves as there are fewer guests with it being a boutique hotel.

It was exceptionally clean, we liked the smaller property, quiet around the pool area. We had hired a car and there is free parking. Room is large, the bed is really comfortable and a large bathroom with ritual products at sink and in shower. We booked the rooms with the small kitchen, this was great, we could make breakfast and lunch.

€20 Euros per person per day for breakfast seemed quite expensive for what is on offer so only had breakfast in hotel one morning. Location is a good 25 - 30 min walk to old town however nice walk along the cost and Ubers easily available and fairly cheap if needed

Only downside is the distance to old town Split. It is a good 30 mins walk. However the plus side is the proximity to local beaches and non-touristy cafes and restaurants. I enjoyed the walk along the coast into town but may not be for some.

Huge modern rooms, comfy beds and beautiful balcony with view of the sea. Property was immaculate and high standard of fixtures and fittings. It did feel luxurious. Staff were outstanding, super helpful and friendly. Lots of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. They also organised transfers for me with their recommended driver who was lovely and I felt absolutely safe with him.

It doesn’t have any facilities for showering/freshening up if you have a late flight. They wanted to charge 100€ for a room when I only needed access for an hour to shower later on as we had a night flight. There are no drinks available so if you are sunbathing at the hotel you have to have drinks from the mini bar in your room or go to the shop to buy things. They then get warm in the sun so that was down side as it was really hot and it would have been nice to have a facility to get fresh drinks

Booked the room through Booking.com who guaranteed us a high floor. The hotel only has 4 floors and we were given floor 2. The hotel actually call the ground floor..floor one! So that means we were really on floor one! We didn't complain as it was still a nice room but disappointed we were not given what we expected. But for other travellers this needs to be explained as one couple who arrived thinking they were on floor one were upset to find the room was on the ground floor which is not ideal.

Not necessarily something to dislike, but more to be aware that location ut is near to the beach but further away to town centre and landmarks, which is fine if you don’t mind a longer walk (30+ mins)

Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was small but fine, pool area was nice and towels provided. Location wise, it is fairly close to the beach which is nice, but not so close to town centre. Was there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of bubbly on arrival which was a nice touch! The staff were all very friendly.

No bar amenities for alcoholic or soft drinks around the pool area. Location is ok if you are active and don’t mind walking/cycling but a 10 min walk to nearest shop to get supplies might be a struggle for some.

Spacious, light room which was always clean. Good shower, balcony and views. Very quiet. Nice and attentive staff.

The coffee stirrers were too short and I wish the pool was open later, especially when it's hot late into the evening. Maybe a few more lounges around the pool.

So clean, friendly staff that was so helpful. Those in room coffee stirrers are ridiculously small. I liked the location but others might prefer less of a neighborhood location. But there were lots of great restaurants and beaches in walking distance. Diocletians Palace is a 5 min Uber. We had a sea view room and it was spectacular.

There was no bar or lounge in the property. The breakfast room was very small. The food was good but it wasn’t kept hot enough.

The room was excellent. It was spacious and spotlessly clean throughout also the sea view from the room was wonderful. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
