Btw you need to lock the door from the inside, we had an embarrassing encounter .. make sure to lock the door.

The property was clean, has everything you can need including coffee machine minifridge tv wifi .. the location is actually perfect!! And we were reminded everyday the worth of it! With the hotness of the afternoon, an escape from the heat, you can pass and change your clothes quickly ! Everything and every museum, bar, restaurant you see online are right around the corner ! Like literally around the corner everything is 100, 200 maximum 500 meter far away which is a great advantage ! The stuff is really sweet it was my birthday i found a cart, chocolate with some great sparkling wine as a gift which made my day and really was the cherry on top ❤️

The room was perfect for split. Just off the busy areas but more than close enough for everything you would need to get to. The room was clean, comfy and is incredibly well presented. We couldn't have asked for more. The communication was brilliant throughout and we would definitely stay again.

Room is very very clean, comfortable kingsize bed, nice white cotton beadsheet and towels. Superb location few min from sea promenade! Bathroom is spacy, good water pressure in shower cabine. Big TV with lot of chanels. 1 min from location are bars and supermarket Konzum. Small fridge in room and coffe machine are plus. During my week stay it was also cleaning service there. Perfect communication, easy self check in/ check out.

Perhaps an extra bath at could be provided as the bathroom floor got very wet during shower and mat stayed damp despite hanging it to dry.

The host was very accommodating when we had a request, the room was immaculate and has lots of storage. Brilliant location, Great air con and comfy bed.

Beautiful room with clean, modern decor, right in the middle of Old Town. Short walking distance from the beautiful wharf esplanade, many cafes/resturants/bars and other attractions (ie. Diocletian’s Palace, Bacvice Beach). Small, though perfect for a short stay. Tea/coffee, soaps and spare towels all available which was perfect. Host Ante was super easy to contact and very useful when we needed advice or an opinion. Will be back next time we are in Split 😊

A super cute place. Comfortable bed, with nice linen and towels. Bright and clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. Quiet spot down a lane. The host was super nice and helpful and easily available for questions.

There was nothing we didn’t like! The only tiny improvement would be a few more coffee pods and maybe a bigger bin in the room and/or instructions on where to empty it?

Perfect location, right in the old town of Split. Our room was very clean and comfortable, nice shower room and a proper hairdryer. Mini fridge and coffee machine were very handy too. It was everything we needed for a few nights holiday and we would definitely stay here again.

Prices in Croatia are higher than I expected and it becomes as expensive as other western countries but this is overall comment.

Gréât location, in the old town, in a small street so not so noisy- there were people coming during the night but the window was open and that’s why we heard it. Room is big, there is a coffee machine Dolce gust with capsules, shower is big enough. Easy check in, check out. Public Parking is also available - zone 1 ( 18 eur per day) or zone 2 a little bit further away with 13 eur per day . Everything as on the photos

Not a huge deal, but there wasn’t any room cleaning service offered during the stay. That was fine with me though!

The room was beautifully located, nicely decorated, a nice size and it had everything I needed, including vegan-friendly. It was also impeccably clean.
