Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. EstoniaFacilities were worn, felt like the floors were not clean, but it might have been because of the age of the room. Did not meet the usual 4 star standards, pillows were mediocre, soap and shampoo did not seem good quality, no face towels, etc.

TurkeyWhen we arrived to property, there was no body to take keys and check-in. We called and he came after some time. The process was a bit tough for a new arriving person. However staff was friendly and we forgot that inconvenince.

Location, quiet end of resort right next to the sea. Breakfast superb. Friendly staff.

Czech RepublicBreakfast is limited to about 6 dishes, 3 of which are almost the same, just served differently. There could be more selection. However, the breakfast had no fault in terms of taste.
Very nice, modern, clean room. A bit smaller, unfortunately it doesn't have a balcony. To dry towels, it was possible to use the common terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade. The hostess is very pleasant and helpful. Paid parking eventually became free parking. The accommodation is located directly on the main street by the beaches. Restaurants, shops, coffee, ice cream - all just a few steps away. The beaches here are beautiful, but they fill up quickly.

CroatiaBreakfast was literally catastrophic. A burnt egg omlette, a couple of slices of the cheapest ham paired with a awful cheese. No choice whatsoever, catastrophic cooking. Dirty floor in the room, noisy AC. We had a BABY, a NEWBORN. We came down for breakfast, firstly it was inside a cafe which I think is illegal, secondly they offered us to eat inside the cafe where the staff was smoking, need I remind you we had a newborn with us. So the second choice was an unheated terrace, with a NEWBORN. And we had to message the staff to turn down this godwaful music down because the speaker was under our room.
Bed was okay. Staff granted us a wish to turn down the music late ar night...

CroatiaFirstly, there was no communication from the host prior to our arrival, we saw online that the restaurant was open and wanted to grab lunch before our check in, when we arrived there were people inside but they were surprised we wanted to order food and were taken to our room by the host without any information about breakfast, check out procedure, parking, they didn't even take our details or ID. The room was really cold with only an AC to heat the space, entirety of the floor was tiled and freezing cold to stand on with socks, bedding was a thin duvet, the hand wash container was empty, part of the closet mechanism broken... but the biggest problem; the water in the shower was lukewarm on the hottest setting, really disappointing. Passing by in the evening we asked the host when the breakfast was, he said we should come at around 8:30 - breakfast was a fried omelette swimming in oil, couple slices of cured sausage, some cheese, a basket of stale toasted bread and some nutella packets, all served in a freezing room without heating and with turbofolk music playing on restaurant's speaker system, I wanted to add some salt to my barely edible omelette but it was clear the salt container hasn't been moved for months, completely corroded and unsanitary. Also, we opted for the Sea view room that was 30% more expensive, expecting a scenic view, however you get a view of the concrete pedestrian bridge surrounded by more concrete and a few liters of sea in the background. This is not a boutique hotel - this is an afterthought that shouldn't be open after september.
Room was clean and bedding was fresh, since we were visiting out of season, we parked right in front. Bathroom had floor heating which was nice and there was a really good smelling shampoo in the shower. The room was really modern and spacious.
