The absolute chaos in finding a parking spot. if you come by car, good luck. it's a small street and every centimeter is filled with cars. it's not easy to find a spot close by and if you find 1 it's centimeter work to fit the car in the spot.

It's close to the Docks where everything is located from restaurants. And close by was a local market. The doors are digitally locked, so no more need to secure your keys that you can lose.

Although everythiing was clean, the room was a little drab. The lighting was a bit too dim for working on my laptop. I could not get the keycard to work (access with code was ok). The minibar is a little noisy.

A quiet neighbourhood in a good location. A big room with a comfortable bed. The wifi was ok. Good instuctions on how to open the door.

Close to the old town, even though when arriving it looks like it’s in a quiet back street with not much around. Our room was not like the pictures, it was a bit dreary but fine for a a night and had a comfortable bed and a helpful host who provided great check in instructions

The apartment seems to be divided into four smaller studios. We had trouble finding our studio as the instructions weren't clear, and tried the code on someone else's door (they mentioned the same issue). Parking was a bit tricky, as the place is in downtown & we arrived late and parking is only available on the street (the description says "on site" which we found a bit confusing), but at least there are some streets nearby that have free parking.

Excellent location in the centre. Good value for money if you want to stay in the centre for a night. Fridge, washing machine, microwave (up very high :D) available in the room.

Although it was marked as free parking, but it’s really find one. Public parking around is quite expensive ( 1.5 euro per hour without limit) and unless you can read Croatian, you have no chance figuring out street parking is allowed or not and owner didn’t respond to my query where can I park while she didn’t forget telling me to leave one euro on the table.

Close to old town. If you know the foot path Google doesn’t , just 5 min. The room is clean and no issues. Check in was smooth

I would suggest a better communication from the property, as for me it was not cleat that the entrance instructions will be shared just before the check-in time. And when I came for the earlier check in, which was communicated before with the property, however, no clear yes or no was received, there was no one to open the door. Therefore, it would be better to share all these details (entrance instructions) as the next step after the booking is confirmed by the property. If you come with your car, please consider that the street is quite tricky to find a parking as it is one-way traffic and at the end of the street is a dead end.

The location of the guest house is very convenient in a nice old Italian style building close to the old town of Split. In the room you have everything what you need and even more (for instance, a huge TV screen :D, which I didn't used ofc as I came for one day to see the city around). Even though the windows are quite old and wooden, they are perfect in terms of sound protection and additionally you have old wooden shutter to protect you from the day light (in case you're sensitive to light while sleeping).

Everything was OK. Unfortunately, we forgot to leave the apartment at 10 am (the check out hour). At 11 we were getting ready to leave, and the host came, saw us, and got super furious. I get it, we were supposed to not be there. But he started yelling at us, thereating us, and treating us like the worse. We tried to explain the situation, and to fix it, but he continues speaking super loud on his language. It was difficult to understand. When my partner tried to show some translations to calm him down, he said that she should be away,that she was too close. He also stepped on the door blocking the entrance, and said wanted to call the police. We wanted to compensate him with extra money since the beginning and he didn't want to listen. The situation lasted around 35 minutes. At the end we compensated him with 50 euros. All this was super unnecessary, and uncomfortable. Despite our fault he shouldn't be that disrespectful and violent. We lost our bus to other city because he just didn't want to fix the problem easily. Wanted to make it super complicated. Really bad experience.

Check in went smoothly. Rooms are very clean. Wifi is very good. Location is great, as we could book nearby omis zip line and krka national park. The host offered solutions quickly, when we need help 🙂

The apartment was not the one shown in the first pictures (only some later pictures showed parts of it and was quite worse). Nothing really wrong, but not inviting to stay more. The host messages became cold because we arrived ten minutes later.
