The bedroom has a balcony but it goes on the side with a road, no conditioner in the bedroom, but this is not a big problem because main balcony is for 1 million!

Picturesque view on the cruise port and new town, appartments have everything you need, cozy, extremely clean and comfortable! Bellevue beach which we mostly liked is only 15 min walking. Yes, a lot of stairs but it’s easy on the second day! Shops, restaurants, old town - 25 min walking. Parking place is provided. Dogs are allowed. The owner family is so nice an d helpful and attentive, and they love dogs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The front door is a little tricky to lock and unlock. I found myself fighting with it upon every entry (the key would just jam). At one point I had to give in and have the staff come to help.

Absolutely loved the view! The host were awesome and super easy to interact with. They gave me many recommendations of things to do in the city and nearby islands.

The view from the place was absolutely beautiful — being up high really made it special. There were a lot of stairs, but honestly, the view made it all worth it. The hosts were incredibly kind — one of them even came all the way down to meet us at midnight and helped us with parking. Such lovely, thoughtful people. We really appreciated their hospitality!

We booked this accommodation last minute after our other accomodation provider double booked us. We initially wanted something closer to old town but this place was perfect! An easy walk to old town and nice and quiet. Great view and big space!

Negative: - it was quite far from the old town and the way back is particularly interesting as you have to climb all the stairs in the world, HOWEVER that is why it’s way cheaper than rooms/apartments in the old town and it has the possibility to offer parking spaces - if you make the trip to and from the city center once per day it’s ok, but twice it’s already too much. You can always take a taxi or a bolt, it’s not exactly a fortune

Positive: - it was a clean and spacious 2 room apartment - the view from the balcony was breathtaking especially at sunset - you have a coffee machine and coffee pods in the kitchen and a functional fridge - the AC is working perfectly and we really needed it as the heat was unbearable in August - they offer a parking space which is pure gold in Dubrovnik - the owner was nice and took her time to explain what we should visit in Dubrovnik and where to eat

The bed was too soft and squeaky for me and there was quite a bit of noise from the road but not really an issue as they have a very nice comfy sofa.. You can hear everything from the other apartments but maybe we were unlucky as one side were clearly having a party but you can hear ppl walking above and chairs moving. It was a trek to get there but once we got to grips with the buses it was no issue at all and Uber is very reasonably priced.Seems like a few negatives but still not enough to put me off if I ever returned to Dubrovnik.

Really nice hosts who gave us all info we needed and left us a welcome bottle of wine which was perfect for a night sat out on the balcony. A bus stop a few minutes away (check timings on Libertas app and get there about 15 minutes early). The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The air con was amazing after hot sweaty days. It was nice to be able to use Netflix when we had a quiet night.

The only thing I wasnt really fond of was the location. The distance is ok and we did not have any problem with the traffic noise other people had commented in their reviews. We only got a little tired because of the many many stairs but anyway this is Dubrovnik.

It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay and the hostesses really kind and helpful with everything. They offered us information about everything we needed and they also offered to carry our bags.

There's a lot of stairs - I missed the memo that the entire Dubrovnik is built like that. Walking to the old town was also a challenge, primarily because it felt like 55 degrees Celsius - which made us miserable and it made it seem further than it is. Beaches and markets require a car or uber as well. But they do have a parking, which is great. There was a confusion when I checked in, I did not see a bell nor did I know which door to enter/knock on (there were a few doors and stairs - and the owners were not hearing me call), so I ended up doing the 80+ stairs a few times up and down. Phone messages were delayed, too, but once we finally connected with the owners, they were nothing but amazing and super helpful, even offering to carry our luggage. Anyways, nothing major, just be mindful about the stairs and if you are traveling with kids. Mine did not like walking much.

Amazing hosts, STUNNING views, clean & spacious apartment, plenty of amenities to get us through the hot days (coffee, oil, dishes, sugar, salt, etc). There's a free covered parking, HUGE perk for Dubrovnik.

You had to climb a lot of stairs that can be a difficult challenge for people with knee problems. Streets are very narrow and can be very difficult to navigate. You do not need a rental car. We wasted money and car sat in the garage.

Great host. Went out of her way to take care of us the customer. Very clean and bright apartment. Great view. Balcony was great place to have morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and old city.
