The room was excellent and spotlessly clean. There were many extra amenities such as beach towels, a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, bathroom essentials, and croissants for breakfast. Housekeeping was provided every two days with replenishment of toiletries, and daily cleaning was also available upon request. Cvjetana was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had – very helpful, kind, and always available via WhatsApp. She even surprised us by leaving a bottle of wine in the room for us to find when we returned.

Just outside of the city with great bus link and cheap taxis. An 8 minute walk to a great beach. Cvetjana was a welcoming host who shows great pride in her property and you will love it too.

I liked everything about this place. The host is so sweet, the room was clean, it has all the essentials - i mean where else do you get a beach towel? The location is ideal if you want a quiet area, close to the beach and the centre. I never write reviews but i had to do this coz i genuinely enjoyed my stay. Would definitely go back!

Hot water stopped working as it might have run out. So, caused us a bit of inconvenience. But, again, our host was really good. She was readily available and provided us with an alternate shower to solve the issue. So, appreciate it.

Our stay was fantastic. Cvjetana, our host, was exceptional—on my birthday, she surprised us with cake and wine, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. She was both kind and efficient. The location was excellent, situated next to a supermarket and close to restaurants and Sunset Beach. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything we required. Cvjetana also directed us to free parking nearby, saving us almost €50. It was always a pleasure to return to our cool and comfortable room, which had everything we needed and more.

It is a 40 min walk to the old town, for us it didn’t matter but for others it might be too far. Overall a very good place to stay

Everything was so good. Room was so clean. Host was so nice and helpful. She even provided us coffee and croissant on arrival. Location is half hour away from old town. Uber costs 7€. I think with this price this accommodation is the best. Don’t think the room in the basement because host designed the room in a very good way and if you are going to room to sleep, it is not problem at all. Do not check another place to rent. You can be sure that this place is the most sensible choice for Dubrovnik. Enjoy!

Water is good for one shower but not two long showers in a row, so we had to wait a small bit in-between showers. Not a big deal though.

Amazing host. Very accommodating when we needing anything but otherwise we had 100% our own space. Concretely located in a nice part of town, take the 4 bus to old town or a 6 euro Uber, walk down to some good restaurants, shops and a nice beach🥲 We had wine on their terrace overlying the city, it was lovely. Free coffee and water. If it’s available, don’t think twice!
