Nothing . I just wouldn’t recommend you take up the offer of a breakfast voucher to be used at a nearby restaurant. For 10 euros each you get a poor choice, the most chemical orange juice I have ever tasted and machine coffee that is awful. There are much better options nearby

The room we had was located in the high rise annex building, with a great view, good size and wonderful bathroom. Very stylish too with good air conditioning. Impossible to sleep with the windows open , but this is to be expected in such a busy city. Perfect location close to the port and nearby restaurants

Very clean and modern. In excellent location, short walking distance to main part. Easy communication throughout. Toni was the nicest person, so helpful when we arrived and checked up on us during our stay. Gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. 10/10 for Toni😁

Toni was a great host and welcomed us very nicely. We got a nice room with an amazing view just as wished it. He gave us all the informations we needed, helped with the luggage as we came. The location was very close to the center. They cleaned every day our room and kept it really super clean. They even renewed the coffee capsules every time for the free coffee machine which we had in our room. We really can't say anything bad, just positive vibes. For sure we would come again :-)

Comfortable, spotless and spacious with great views! I had a fall in the street on our first night and Dujo and Toni were so helpful in making me comfortable, offering to take us to pharmacy, etc.

We had the pleasure of staying at Royal Suites Sky for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! Our room was beautiful, impeccably clean and offered stunning views that took our breath away. Antonio and Tony were incredible hosts—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. They made us feel like superstars from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Firstly very kind and very helpful staff. We were received by Antonio, he helped us carry our luggages, explained to us plenty of recommendations regarding the restaurants, places to visit, activities to do, very helpful ! A big thank you to him. Secondly the view from the room is breathtaking and as shown in the photos of the hotel. We enjoyed a lot. Other positive points: close to the center (7min of walk), there’s a supermarket just behind the building, several options available for breakfast, etc We definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern well furnished apartment hotel 5 minutes walk from old city. The rooms were located on the 12th floor of one of the tallest building in the city and were very clean and in fairly new condition. The hotel staff Antonio met us at check in, helped with our luggage and provided excellent recommendations on dining options and sightseeing attractions. The hotel apartment has its own parking and an onsite restaurant (which we didn’t use). Overall highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Lovely modern room with the most amazing view. Walking up in the morning to fantastic view and guessing which new cruise liner would be docked in port. Bathroom was fantastic. Excellent location with everything on your doorstop. But most of all was the fantastic reception we received from Antonio, boy does this guy know his stuff. Fantastic recommendations from restaurants to tours. He took the time to explain in fine detail the local area. We knew if we needed anything he would be readily on hand to help. In fact I left my AirPods in the safe and only realised once I was at the airport. Message sent and immediately problem solved. Would not hesitate to stop here again.

The amazing staff Antonio - he was amazing. Helpful funny and full of tips for us. He made navigating the city really easy. The apartment also has the most amazing views of the city, the marina and the mountains! Very near sites and attractions.

Corridor noise was close to the entry, therefore loud noise when people entered and exited at all times. We found it to be a problem at night while trying to sleep

Excellent location just at the edge of the old town .Antonio and Tony both were great help ,advised us of places to eat and also organised tour for us .I will definitely stay at this property whenever I visit split .
