Keep in mind it is a small little apt. We were a group of 3 so it fit us well. There are a LOT of stairs, so that was fine for us too... but maybe not for many others.

This apt is small and super convenient, situated nicely in the old town it was exactly what we needed. For nice weather this is all about the little terrace for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Had basically everything we needed for our stay. Check in and assistance with access was extremely attentive and helpful.

Alot of mosquitoes. My wife couldn't sleep well at night because they were buzzing around her and my daughter hand is covered in bites. We killed many but somehow they were more. I strongly recommend finding solution for this as it seems like a recurring problem.

Location is great. Place was very clean and well furnished. Host was very responsive. Air conditioning was working very well. Bathroom was very clean and nice.

The stairs going up and the slanted short ceilings. I knew about both of those things so it’s not a surprise or complaint

In the heart of Split old town parking is a premium but once you know where to look there is free parking only a short walk away.

Mattresses were too hard so sleep was uncomfortable (they would be better with foam topper).

Location was perfect in old town with beautiful rooftop patio view of sea and cathedral. Kitchen well stocked for morning coffee and light meal prep. Host welcomed us with bottle of local wine and basket of fruit- really lovely!

The windows were open on arrival and a ton of mosquitos got in and were very bothering the whole stay.

The location was perfect which made it easy to go around the island. The entire place was clean on arrival.

Location location location. In middle of town and close to the ferries for daytrips to the islands. It’s quiet. Loved the rooftop view.

I was traveling with two 80 year olds and there was no mention in the description that you had to climb more than 50 stairs to reach the apartment. It was very difficult to navigate luggage and the stairs.

it's on I think the third floor with no elevator. that's common it seems but take note. I was unaware that there would be people coming into the room ton clean while we weren't there. I appreciate the clean towels and made bed however I would have put some things away if I had known. maybe it was written somewhere that I didn't see. the hot water runs out fairly quickly there's is not a great view

the bedroom was big. comfortable for my friend and I and all of our stuff and go get ready. the location was perfect. right in the old town, steps away from everything communication was fast and we were able to get Ina little early which was a big help

The ceiling was a little low, especially when entering the balcony and in the bedrooms.

The balcony was amazing and worth everything! The view was incredible and we enjoyed it every day and night we were there!

Would have liked a coffee machine ( being a coffee snob) Although it’s 3 flights up we would say 6 flights broken up with 3 landings So if you have heavy suitcases and with mobility or being being elderly it’s not easy

Beds felt a little sunken in - was OK first night but our backs began to hurt a little. Stairs were a bit of a pain.

Amenities and location was superb! Host was extremely accomodating and helpful. Space was clean and well looked after and made us feel really cosy and comfortable.
