Very small.

It’s cheap and It has everything you need. Bed, kitchen, bathroom. It’s not far away from the old town and a great place to book if your planing to do a lot of activities in split.

The Apartment is very close to the old center, but in a quiet alley, easy to reach ferry, bus, the “riva”, market and palace. It is spacious and we could check in late after our flight was delayed.

Apartment is very packed, no space to store luggage

I like this location just 3 minutes walk to Riva and diocletian palace. Apartment is nearby two supermarkets and a bakery. Ferry station, bus station are 10 minutes walk from apartment.

We arrived and someone else was in the room we booked. The host asked us to boot these people out but they said they had a booking for this room too. The host wasted a lot of our time and was more concerned with contacting booking.com for his own needs than helping us with the room we had already paid for. He offered us a cheaper accommodation but at a higher price. He finally gave us a better option. But the room was dirty, smelly and had cigarette burns in the furniture.

The floor hadn’t been swept, but otherwise everything was very clean.

The room smelled very bad like old basement and all clothing started to smell the same. There was always moisture in the room and you couldnt dry your beach towels or anything else. Also some little bugs but they wasnt dangerous.

The room was dirty, just the minimum was cleaned, no toilet paper at all. The renting guy did not answer my messages, if only 6 hours later. I needed wifi because of work I told him , with my laptop because it did not work. He said to me I should try it from outside ( of course I will work from outside 33 decrease in the sun) but still even there it was not working.

Host insisted he left 3 toilet rolls, when there were only two, and one empty roll left on the handle. Tv had no signal all the time I was there. No point mentioning to the host as he didn’t rectify the toilet roll problem, but instead denied my claims. Couldn’t be bothered liaising with the host.

The host only sent me new information of the new location whilst I was enroute and, I went to the first place mentioned. If I didn’t have access to wifi, and a hostel worker calling the host I still wouldn’t know where I was suppose to go.

Due to it being central occasionally noises could be heard on the streets down the road but these were not very frequent.

Like other reviews have said it is small but I would say perfect for a solo person or couple. It had everything you needed- double bed, sofa, fridge, hobs, kettle, hair dryer. Even though I didn't cook it did have all kitchen equipment you would need to cook. The guy who ran the accomodation was very helpful and would quite often be within the area of the apartments, checking people in, cleaning and solving issues. The location was great just a few minutes from the bus station, few minutes from the Palace and main shops/restuarants. It was right next to the market also.

The place is really tiny. The only window is a part of the front door and the front door opens right in the comparatively busy shared paved yard. You are a thin door away from (almost) street life.

An impeccably clean tiny apartnent 5 min walk from the Old City. Very helpful, nice host. Convenient way of getting the keys (coded keybox). Close to the port and autobus station, a bus stop and supermarket are just next door.

,Great location, just above a coffee. there is everything you need inside. Cooking facilities, living room corner and bed room corner in the main room. Great stone walls. They are wide and with the window closed, you can't hear the outside noise.
