It would be perfect if there was a coffee machine available at breakfast, there was only filter coffee.

This is a nice and new small hotel, peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is excellent.

Loved this hotel! Our room was huge! We had a big beautiful balcony with a view of the pool and sea. It was so relaxing. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was very welcoming and the room had everything you could want: space, toiletries, drying rack for clothes, amazing air conditioning, free parking, stocked fridge (extra $ but good stuff). Lovely two nights in Zadar!

This place is fantastic. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. The room terraces are large and west facing, with views. The pool and pool area is spacious, clean, tranquil, and comfortable. There is a shop and bakery at the end of the street, a marina and several restaurants are 10-20 minute walk away and the hotel provides a taxi service to the old town and airport. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

The room is spacious, bright, and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and we especially loved the large terrace. The surrounding is beautifully landscaped, the pool is clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. We would be happy to return!

Very helpful from the start. Really clean. Dennis the owner was really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.. even loaning us a travel adaptor when ours wasn't working. Hotel has great extras such as their own shuttle/taxi service gets you to the old town in less than 10 minutes. They also have bikes to hire which we took for a day and really enjoyed it. The room was fabulous, great view, big balcony, spacious interior and huge bathroom with big shower. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic too. The outside area is great for lounging and taking a dip in the pool.

The property is really nice, modern and clean. (Beds are huge and very comfortable.) Dennis and his staff were all exceptional in providing services to make our stay comfortable. We had one of the rooms onto the pool which was perfect for us, my teenage son could literally just walk into it any time. Dennis was very flexible and accommodating of our schedule. The taxi service offered was reasonably priced and really great to get to and from Old Town and the airport too. There are plenty choice of decent restaurants in walking distance too and the handy corner shop 3 mins from the property.

Leaving, could have stayed here forever!

Everything about our stay here was exceptional, the room was beautiful and had everything you could need. The balcony had lovely views towards the sea and caught the evening sun. There was ample parking right outside and a small supermarket and restaurants at the end of the road. Denis and his team were friendly and very helpful, we felt very looked after. The pool area was also lovely and there were always plenty of loungers and towels. There was also a driver available to take you anywhere and pick you up, only 7 euro to the old town. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked great

The staff was welcoming and friendly, The gentleman with the blonde medium-length hair stood out as outstanding. The facilities are well maintained by excellent polite staff. Check out time was 11:00, which was perfect.

Nothing!

Very clean, large suite with lovely pool and terrace area with ample sunbeds and shade. Very hospitable staff who go the extra mile. Excellent fresh breakfast. The Demar was in a great location for us near beaches, lovely restaurants but away from the very crowded old town, which we visited and enjoyed but certainly wouldn't have felt as relaxed perhaps had we stayed closer to it. The Demar has its own driver which we found to be a fantastic service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our room was really big with a beautiful view and was completely spotless. All the staff were very kind and Denis was super responsive to any of our questions and requests, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The breakfast was also fantastic.

We didn't realise how far away it was from the old town, so we had to get a taxi to come and go. The hotel offered taxi service to the old town for €7, which is a competitive price compared to Uber.

The room was spatious, quiet, in mint condition and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We loved it!
