Deluxe Rooms Tramonto is located in the historic center of Split, just a 5-minute walk from the main streets full of shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The property is situated in a pedestrian-only area, so it's not possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, there’s a paid parking lot just a few meters away where you can leave your car. In the summer season, parking costs €1 per hour, with payment required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — after that, it’s free. The room looked exactly like the photos we saw on Booking. While the bedroom itself isn’t very large, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, and the lady who came every two days to tidy up was incredibly kind and efficient. A special mention goes to Goran, who was always available and very quick to respond to any questions we had. On the day we checked out, I had the chance to peek into the other two rooms while the cleaning lady was working, and I must say they’re beautiful. The interior design throughout the property is tasteful and stylish.

Soundproof is not great. We could hear our neighbours. And there was a bit of a problem with Wi-fi.

Really close to city centre. Room was really nice. Had everything that we needed. Look almost as new. Comfortable bed. Very thankful for air-conditioning.

Every night around 4 a clock someone from upstairs started to dragging furniture. Everything sounded very well through the walls.

It was great, location great, close to the city and the best of all was chatting with Goran how was very helpful all the time at every time. We even missed our flight and he agreed to give us another night instead of the one we missed. Highly recommended 🙌🏽🙌🏽

The positioning of the socket for the kettle was in an awkward position and it was difficult o fully engage the plug in the socket. I used a different socket to boil the kettle.

Excellent location very close to old town and palace as well as promenade. Also the no 37 bus to and from the airport is a 15 min walk away. Remember that the 37 bus is a local bus and it may take 1 hour to get to the airport. The local agent was very accommodating and punctual.

The outside of the building arriving at night made me think it wasn't the right place but the inside is modern and totally different so no worries!

It is such a beautiful and cosy apartment! We liked everything - location is perfect, in the heart od the city center. It was super cosy, calm, great decoration style. Hosts are super nice also. I totally recommend it. When I go to Split again, I would book it for sure!

A little bit noisy since it is on the ground floor, quite a lot of passage of people but we had no trouble falling asleep. Doorframe had a small issue, but nothing major and the host was very fast and keen on resolving the issue when we were there.

Room was of very decent size with plenty of space for luggages, bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Bed extremely comfortable! The location might seem a bit sketchy, but it in reality it is totally fine!

Spotlessly clean, modern room en-suite with good air conditioning, very comfortable and handy for Old town of Split but in a quiet pedestrian area. Lovely modern shower room. Host gave us loads of tips for restaurants and places to visit.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, very close to the palace and the old town on a quiet street. We loved our stay there, communication with the host was great, Goran was super nice and gave very good recommendations of restaurants and things to do during our stay. Super recommended. Wewill be back for sure when we visit Split.

The room is beautiful and clean. The location is 5 min away from basically any point of interest in split. We also found cheap parking nearby thanks to our host. We had a wonderful stay here and would come again

There were camomile and black Earl Grey teas, we like black but not the Earl Grey, unfortunately. But it was not an issue, since there are plenty of nice cafes in the city, so just to consider 👌

The room was really good, with all the needed stuff (note: no shampoo, so take it with you). The location is perfect, close to the park, beach and the city center. And Goran was the best, arranged late check-in and gave all the hints 👍
