Service/paying in the pool bar could be a bit slow when you just want an ice cream!

Really clean and beautiful resort. Can sit by the sea or the pool and easy to find sun beds. Both are lovely to swim in, comfortable temp and you can snorkel and see some fish in the clear sea. There is a full program of activities and a kids club but easy to stay away from them if desired and no loud parties at night as the pool shuts at 8pm. Get a pool view room as it's a gorgeous view and better than the car park view! Rooms are a good size for 4 people, air conditioned, fridge etc. We went half board so buffets for breakfast and dinner but food was delicious and good choice. Can also pay for food in the bar and the a la carte restaurant if staying for lunch. There's a shop where you can buy lots of basics if in the self catering bit. Go visit Pula near by and take a free walking tour with Dalan of Augustus walking tours, Rovinj is pretty too.

Pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome note and complimentary water bottle on arrival. The room was beautiful and clean, with a fresh, modern ambiance. Loved the pool and the nearby beach—perfect for a relaxing stay. Great value and atmosphere!

Absolutely loved our stay. Property is very private, far away from the crowds, very clean, great facilities for adults and kids. Food was 10/10, loved every meal. Even food in a la cart restaurant is amazing, specially burgers. Cocktails at the pool bar were also great.

No coffe machine in the room. No mini bar. You have to pay for towels, leave a deposite, but you get it back when you return towels. Beach is not great, entrance to the water is impossible without water shoesbig crowd. Pools are huge but there is also a lot of people. Some strange carpets are around the pool and they look dirty, not hygienic. U cant use cash nowhere in the resort.

Rooms are spacious. Food was great. Rofftop bar is good.

Our family stayed at Resort Del Mar Emotion this summer, and we really enjoyed our time there. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended, but it didn't affect our enjoyment because the sea was beautiful, clear, and warm. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The food was tasty. We recommend Resort Del Mar Emotion for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside holiday.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine and sewage when we arrived, though reception was able to fix it. While breakfast had plenty of options, the coffee and orange juice were poor. The sunbeds on the beach were very uncomfortable, and service at the bar was quite slow—staff may need more training. Towels were folded into decorative shapes, which looked nice, but I would have preferred extra clean ones; one was also stained.

Very nice property with comfortable rooms. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It was easy and convenient to move between the pool and the beach.

This is my second time here. Everything was great. Daniel always organized the work well at breakfast. Thanks to him, the waiters were always focused on their work. Erica is very pleasant and sociable on the reception. However, there was a lack of good waiters at the Ala Carte restaurant, as it was last year. It was always necessary to wait a long time to place an order.

Seemed to be a mis communication between staff/menus writing/ and kitchen as particularly with Pizzas, you rarely got what was expected, but tasty

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, room was very clean and nicely decorated. Food was so good, many different options to choose from and the terrace where we ate was very spacious and looked great. We felt very nice during our stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who has a higher standard of vacationing!

The food offering is a bit odd, e.g. there are more vegetables in the morning than in the evening. A library would be a nice additional bonus.

The facilities are amazing. The room is large and the beds are new and very comfortable. There are beautiful, very large pools and a very beautiful beach area. The sunbeds at the pool are very comfortable (we didn't try the ones at the beach) The bar is nearby. Aleksandra makes great cocktails. I loved the fitness. It is very modern and has sufficient and different equipment. The hotel is very clean. The food was ok, the pizza was the best. I liked the game room. There is a small store to buy food. The hotel accommodates many guests but it didn't feel too crowded in the restaurant nor at the pool. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly.

We asked for double bed, but received room with two single beds connected together, that are not suitable for active young couples. The floor is slippery and beds are moving all the time in all directions.

Quiet location at the seaside. Fair prices at hotel’sa la carte restaurant. A lot of parking space.

We had a fantastic time! The location is perfect, close to the beach, and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The pool was great for relaxing, and while the beach is rocky, we found some lovely sandy spots nearby. The only small downside was the limited restaurant menu, but overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
