To get there you have to walk a lot of stairs.

They have free towels and everything is very clean.

Stayed very short so not really in position to criticise, all was good

Lots of young people, sems like a student town, and a pub just underneath the hostel, still quiet and good air being high up above the town. Place is Super clean, and ambience is relaxing and creative, all functioned well and I got clear instructions via whazapp. Felt safe and met interesting people.

Friendly staff and easy check-in process (during working hours). Hostel is in the historical centre. There is a big kitchen that servers as common area but people seem so distracted on their phones/laptops 🥴 Each bed has curtain for privacy,power socket,light and key locker

The location is far from city center, but bus 2 will be your best friend. Google maps shows to ride one stop and then go up the stairs – don’t listen. Bus 2 up to the last stop.

You get what you pay for - everything is as seen in the picture. I haven’t used the kitchen though, so cannot say anything about it.

I think I got lucky in that there were only 4 of us that night. I can’t imagine how busy the kitchen would feel if there were more guests as it was a little tight with 4 of us in there It’s a little out of town and yes, lots of steps. But fine for one night

The contactless check-in worked well and the host can be contacted via WhatsApp if you have any questions. The hostel is beautifully situated just above Rijeka (better take the bus when you first arrive, otherwise you'll have to walk up a lot of steps) with lots of nice cafés and bars just around the corner. The rooms, including the kitchen, were super clean - I've never experienced anything like it! I'd love to stay again!

The location was a pain to reach, involving a very long flight of stairs. Getting in wasn't easy either as there was nobody there, so I had to use the hostel's wifi (which was conveniently supplied) to book a bed.

The bed, bathroom and kitchen were all good. The dorm (and hostel) wasn't crowded, so it was quiet.

I booked last minute so had to wait in the cold at night for a while to receive the entry code. I tried to call the staff while waiting on the two numbers provided but nobody answered. So book early to avoid this issue.

Very cosy place, very fast and efficient answers from the host, equipped kitchen, quiet enough environment. And very beautiful neighbourhood if you are not afraid of climbing the stairs !

Staying in hostels is nice because you have someone to talk to. This is not the case here. It is like an Air Bnb. You enter with a lot of codes through automatic doors. There is no reception to go to if you need to. The door locks are also difficult to use. The two people who did the cleaning came in one morning and made a big deal about it. It was uncomfortable. They were very loud, present, stressed, and managerial. I felt like I had to leave the hostel just because they had to clean the room (maybe it wasn't her/his intention to make me feel that way, but it was). Ps: You need to get some wooden spoons for cooking! :)

The place was clean, the kitchen was very big, it felt very nice to cook in there. The design is pleasing to the eye, with green walls, wooden features and nice patterns. Also, the fridge was tidy, which is rare in hostels where you usually find a lot of leftovers/expired food.

I didn’t see any staff because the hostel works digitally. I could talk to them on WhatsApp but this is something not authentic in my opinion

I didn’t stay so long just overnight. So I do not have much to say. Everything works electronic with keys and pads on the doors. The kitchen was clean and everything was available to cook. A free food box to share. A little terrace in the morning sun. Trash was organised. The bed was comfortable with airconditioning in the room. Even the windows had roller blinds so it’s possible to make the room completely dark.

Nothing every thing was perfect!

A lovely hostel which was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. The hosts were so kind and friendly. In a really beautiful part of town up the hill, green village. I enjoyed catching the bus admiring the view! I would absolutely not hesitate in staying here again!

Temperature was strange. Radiator would turn on from time to time when it wasn't needed. But there was a/c available. It was also kind of far from the city center. But there was a bus stop very close by.
