Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaThe Dante paradisi apartment is great. You have everything you need, kitchen is really well equipped, bathrooms too. Apartment is really big and everything is close to it. The most important thing, I was impressed with how clean it is. We really liked it.

The host and her colleagues were extremely friendly and helpful. We were contacted two days before arrival and asked if a baby bed was needed (because incorrect age information of our child was provided on booking.com). After arrival, knowing our child is much older, the host offered to come back again in two hours and to set up the sofa bed for us. We took the offer, so she came with a colleague, both of them set up the bed with a lot of attention to details. The host then made a few more offers, in order to make us feel at home. This is way beyond my expectation and she is probably the most hospitable host I have ever met so far. The apartment is located in an old building, but very modernly renovated. Everything in the apartment has been extremly well maintained (I guess this has to do with the nice host and her attention to details). The apartment also had everything what we needed. On the departure day, our flight is 4pm in the afternoon and the host allowed us to stay in the apartment till 13:45 despite the check-out time is 10:00. This had made my life much easier, travelling in 5 of us including two elderly people and a child. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Pula.

GermanyAcess only by foot on the last meters and no parking close by - the next free parking spot for overnight is a quick 5-10min walk away. The Internat on the TV is not by LAN so you need to rely on a weak WIFI signal
Perfect Location within the Pula Center, everything is close by in walking distance but no noise from the masses. The Old Town Pub is just in front of the door. The apartment itsself was spacious and everything is in place
