Incredible location, 5min walk to port and old town. Beach 10min walk. Air con works very well, en suite is small but clean. They have a little kitchen you can use for basic food prep. I enjoyed a lovely homemade Turkish coffee from my host with my breakfast I made.

The location is excellent. The room is small but sufficient for a 1–2 night stay. All major sightseeing spots are nearby, and there are many cafés and a supermarket within a 2-minute walk.

You have to walk up a few flights of narrow stairs to get there, but that's common in Split. Room was mostly clean, however the shower did not seemed to be cleaned (hair in the shower, a bit grimy) and then bathroom overall could've been a bit cleaner. However just for one night,

I think for what you're paying, everything was up to standard. Maybe an extra cutlery set would have been nice to have in the room, but I imagine if we had asked, we would have received this!

Location unbelievable, literally a two minute walk from the riva and five minutes to the town centre/bus station. A gorgeous beach only a ten minute walk away. Good value for money, and the host was so lovely to us!

We arrived late at night and had some difficulty finding the entrance. The rooms are on the second floor with narrow stairs, so would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We were okay, but a little difficult to carry luggage up. The light switches were not obvious, and the lights do not stay on long enough, and we had to use torch lights. The hand rail is broken, which could have caused an accident. It's on a main road, so you can hear the traffic, but it didn't bother me. The towels are not the best quality.

Damira was incredibly inviting, greeting us despite our very late arrival. She showed us around, explained all the details of the room, and let us know how to find her if we needed anything. She offered us cold juice. The room was clean and tidy, and had pretty much everything we could ask for, including a kettle, plates, cups, coffee, hairdryer, spare blankets etc. There was a fridge, which was very welcome, and aircon. The beds were comfortable, and shower was good. We only stayed a night, so couldn't take more advantage of what was on offer, but I would have gladly stayed longer. It's very close to the main station, and easy to walk to.

We would have struggled to find the entrance if a local person had not helped us. We didn't like the very steep stairs and there were gaps in the handrails. Both young children and older people would struggle.

Friendly host who let us in at 10 o'clock although we were only supposed to arrive after 14.00. We only booked for 1 night. The room was spacious and there was aircon.

Difficult 3 different keysystem was oldstyle and even emergencyexit is locked. Very small room and there wasn't any airflow system so the air was very thick in the mornings.
