There were some items left behind from previous guests, but apart from that its a nice place to stay.

The apartment is very centrally located, close to the entrance of the old town and the promenade. The host is very friendly and communicative with clear instructions. The apartment can be difficult to find if only relying on GPS maps but simply following the signs and the general route will lead you to the apartment. It's a cosy place with everything necessary for a few nights stay.

The free parking on the street is quite far from the property so there is a lot of uphill / downhill walking which is not convenient carrying a suitcase

It is in a quiet street, large enough room with working wifi, super big shower!

We had the ground floor room which was supposed to be for 2 adults and a child but it was very small for just 2 adults and with our suitcases not much space. TV didn’t work.

Location is perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet just a few minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and Riva promenade. The room was small but very cute and Daniela was very helpful. We had a lovely stay here!

Nobody there to great us and never received any information prior to arrival to state lock box code. Woke really easily when people in apartment above came home at 01:00 and started moving furniture

We immediately wished we'd booked either room 1 or 4. Our room was too cramped with virtually no view or light from the little window. Couldn't tell that from the listing pictures.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Air conditioning is great (beats the summer heat!) and the 2-3minute walk to the Riva is fantastic. Eateries and laundromat even closer. A tight squeeze through the room door but everything else is fantastic!

Old town split is a maze! maps made it a bit difficult to find the place. There are a few stairs so just be careful when packing a suitcase!

So close to everything, so comfy, perfect for the short stay that I had!

I didn’t receive information on how to enter the property but called and was instructed by Daniela who answered by call immediately. Guests who were staying downstairs were very kind and helped us. Getting suitcases to the attic room was slightly challenging but when in Europe is to be expected when you travel with large luggage I guess.

Property made you feel like a local in Split with a small courtyard out the front to eat meals or hang out, the location was a 2min walk to a Main Street but was tucked away so felt quiet and secluded. All amenities supplied, even beach towels which is very convenient! Plenty of bath towels supplied too which is appreciated for two girls with long hair washing it daily! Would recommend to friends and family.

Keys being in the door on arrival. We also would have loved to be able to leave our bags here for the day after checking out.

Loved the location and the property. We were just a bit put out as when we arrived the keys were in the door not the lock box - the staff had no explanation as to why. Room was not 100% clean but was spacious and comfortable.

Lots of stairs to get up to the property and then another narrow flight to the second floor. So think twice about a big checked suitcase. Also the flat was clean for the most part but a few wrappers from a prior guest remained.

Location is close to good restaurants. Supermarkets and the plaza where there are frequent concerts. But far enough away you don’t hear any noise. It’s a cute flat.
