Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The accommodation is located in an alley in the old city, and right outside is the bustling street, which is very convenient.The landlord was very warm and generous, and prepared many snacks and accommodation supplies were sufficient.

Modern, clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Zadar. Ana, the host, was waiting for us at the apartment to explain all facilities and give us a map of Zadar and restaurant recommendations and ‘must visit’ locations. She treated us with chocolate and a bottle of wine as well. Very little gesture that goes a long way. We spend 2 weeks in Croatia and Dalti by far was our favourite stay. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Ana!

The apartment was beautiful, very well maintained and with all modern standards. Host was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure our stay was superb. Would definitely stay here again compared to other places we have stayed in Zadar in the past.

Not a thing!
this is located in a perfect spot right off the main square. It is a beautifully renovated apartment space with every amenity and thoughtful snacks and beverages from the host. Very very comfortable, incredibly detailed, lighting and wonderful architectural details of the original space. Very comfortable bed and I cannot recommend it high enough. And it was a lovely and thoughtful host.

This property had everything, it is great. I am hesitant to give it a great review because I want to stay there again and i don't want people to know about it! The apartment is in the heart of the old town and on ground level (perfect if you have luggage in a country full of steps). The apartment has been beautifully renovated and has every conceivable appliance .It's like living at home. There is nothing to fault. The host is super nice as well. I stayed in six places in Croatia and this was my favourite. I would stay there again tomorrow.

The apartment is in a fabulous location, is very stylish and tastefully decorated and is very modern and clean. Lots of lovely nice touches and plenty of coffee, tea etc. Ana is a wonderful host and makes you feel right at home.

Beautiful apartment, has been renovated to a high standard, location was great - right in the centre of the Old Town. Ana, the Owner is very friendly & helpful and left lovely treats & welcoming gifts which was a surprise and very much appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment.

Addition of a laundry machine would be welcome. The connections exist, but drying is unsolved. The street does not have a sign. Turn left just after the sushi restaurant.
Breakfast is not provided. Some snacks and a bottle of wine is provided. The location is central, and 5 min walk to the seashore and the University. There are may restaurants near by, though they are aimed at an average tourist, with no appreciation of the local specialities. The city market is less than 5 min away, with offers of fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, honey, olive oil, and most impressively fresh caught fish.

This is an exceptional property! All our friends were jealous. It is gorgeous and extremely comfortable! The host is fabulous to deal with and very generous.

Nothing. There was a fan that ran in courtyard by bedroom until quite late into the evening; likely from above apartment (however the weather was scorching hot when we stayed so fully understood if people had air con’s running. Did switch off & following this happening the apartment is very quiet overnight.
Location is bang in middle of old town. Ana has thought of everything and delivers a beautifully presented apartment. Spotlessly clean.

Having to leave😪
The host Ana was fantastic, she was incredibly helpful and takes pride in her apparent. The apartment combines traditional features with modern amenities and is by far the best accommodation we have used. Ana provides a welcome basket that was fully stocked. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries including spare toothbrushes. I have been in top end hotels that offered less. The apartment is beautifully furnished with air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The central location was great for bars and restaurants but it was also quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely everything. Ana is just the perfect host. We were greeted at the door with her warm personality and she explained everything. There was fresh fruit and chocolate and coffee and even wine!!! Location is perfect, quiet for sleeping but right in the heart of things. Beautiful finished apartment with everything we could think of and more. Highly recommend
