The room had everything we required, its in a perfect location near the old town,10 mins walk away from all transport, we forget to bring a plug to charge our phone the host came around within mins and sorted us out.

The room was really beautiful and it was very clean. The location could have not been better. Right in the center but it was not too busy or loud in front of the house. We had a nice contact with the host and could leave our luggage in the storage room on the last day of our trip. Everything was great!

We had an excellent stay! Goran was an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages I sent. The Suites are in the perfect location bordering the Old Town - it didn’t take us long to get anywhere! There are also two supermarkets less than a minutes walk away which was very convenient. The Suites were very clean, had air conditioning and Goran even offered to replace our towels whenever we needed. The attention to detail was great with a hairdryer, body wash and amenities such as tea and coffee provided. We arrived before the check in time and there was the option of using a storage room for our luggage which was very convenient. When we arrived, Goran allowed us to check in early as the Suite was ready which was really kind of him! I would definitely stay again and could not recommend this more to anyone visiting Split! Thank you for an amazing stay and hope to see you again :)

The building foyer was dark and dirty (... a paint would make all the difference although I understand that it is a shared space) but it was nice once we got into the room and building itself was very quiet so we could overlook this. Beware the step in the corridor. It is marked with hazard tape, but I still tripped. We had to carry the cases up to the first floor but it wasn't too bad.

We loved staying and D&D Suites due to the proximity to the Old Town - just across the road - and the fact that there were hundreds of included movies to select from; all available in English. It was an unexpected bonus to help us relax after traveling for more than a month. The room was very compact, but nicely renovated, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. We liked having windows on two sides. The location could not have been better. We didn't meet the host, but had quick responses via What's Ap as well as clear instructions to access the property. We were very happy here for two nights, and would certainly choose it again.

Nothing to complain about, whatsoever.

The location was excellent! The room was just the right size and the bathroom also a good size. The full size shower was refreshing. The beds were comfortable and we slept GREAT! Our host was awesome! His directions on how to access the apartment and check in couldn't have been better. He was quick to respond to our messaged and so accommodating. We really loved the apartment and our host. Also, great WiFi!!!

Water heater had trouble providing enough hot water for two people to shower but owner said he'd check it out.

Perfectly situated for exploring the old town in Split. In fact, located right across the park from Diocletian's palace. Apartment is small, with kitchen facilities appropriate for only minor cooking, but fine for a few days. Clean and well maintained, with owner helpful for answering questions.

This was the perfect place to stay in Split! Goran made it super easy with the self-check in, sending lots of photos and instructions in advance to make it a totally smooth process. The room was so cute and very clean and had everything I needed. The location is EXCELLENT- I never had to walk more than 5-10 min to anywhere I wanted to go in Split, I felt completely safe walking around the area at night (which is so important as a solo female traveler) and I loved being right outside the gate to Diocletian’s palace.
