Lovely little place outside of the city centre. Great beach local and supermarkets. Great host and very clean. Not loads of restaurants nearby but uber into city centre was cheap enough and good public transport.

Irene, the host, was super nice and gave us a lot of great tips for the town visit. The villa is amazing, looking better than the pictures, and is super clean and nice. The location itself is great, 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. I would definitely like to go back here. ☺️

There was only one small thing and that was the matras we slept on. We didn't sleep that well. This is a personal thing of course and a preference. Still it was worth the stay and we will come back to this villa when we decide to visit Zadar in the future.

The accommodation was amazing, with great service. The apartment was clean, on walking distance from the beach, store and everything you need in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Irena welcomed us after midnight and explained everything to us, with recommendations. Thank you Irena for the service, we loved to stay at the cosy villa!

The hosts of this property are incredibly friendly and nice. They will give you any traveler advice and local restaurants and activities recommendations (I confirm those restaurants were great!). The location is good—it is quite close to the beach and grocery store, but at the same time, it is located on a quiet street. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to the beach, around 15 to the nice cafes, and around 20 to the beach bar's area. Also, the public bus stop is less than 10-minute walk, and it can also be used for logistics. The apartment has a balcony with a table where you can sit. The beds were pretty comfortable. The property itself is clean and comfy.

Wonderful stay at the villa. The hostess was very nice and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the beach which was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen. Just that the apartment had a little smell of fish, it faded off eventually. But I guess it's common in this area when you have a kitchen in the room.

Irena was a great host, helped us so much to have a great holiday. Good location, short walk to sea, great for swimming, not far from centre of Zadar, cheap taxi ride away. Apartment had everything we needed. Air con, nice balcony. Good bed and good shower.

Everything was very good. The owner was really polite and she explained us everything about Zadar and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to see.We had about 5 min walking to beach and to store. First bus stop is 15 min away walking.

We were warm welcomed by Irena and her family. The apartment is very clean and spacious, especially orthopaedic bed with fine sheets. We enjoyed a quiet coffee mornings at the balcony. The apartment is in a really good location with a good connection with public transport and a few minutes' walk to the nearest beach which is also beautiful and with all the facilities you need. When checked in, Irena showed us a map of Zadar and gave us instructions and recommendations for various restaurants nearby as well as boat excursions. Irena also organised the transfer for our boat excursion and to the airport on our last day. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay with Cosy Villa and more than satisfied with hosting by Irena It was a nice little break and exactly what we needed. Cannot recommend more! Thank you Irena:)

The bed (mattress) could be better a bit, but it’s just a minor thing. Everything was perfect.

It’s very nice place. We were in Zadar just for a weekend. The owner Irena is very nice person. She explained everything, she told us where to go for breakfast, what bars and places to see and what to skip. The apartment house is well located, just a few steps (5 min) walk from the beach.

The apartment was exceptional! Super clean, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen. It's very well located, near to the coast, walking distance. We used public transportation 20 minutes to the city center avoiding driving and stress. The best, the owner, Irena was super nice, she gave us a lot of recommendations and also her WhatsApp for consultations or anything we needed. Zadar is a very nice place, super safe, excellent weather, too hot actually 😁 but great 👍

The wifi was sometimes problematic to connect or just slow. Personally we missed some drying racks in the room, but this was not a big deal, we worked out to dry our stuff in other ways.

The place was very comfy, very good, our hosts were very kind and helpful. The location for us - wanted to visit the city once or twice but mainly wanted a quiet place to rest before and after being on the beach - ideal. Everything was close, we could shop and cook for ourselves, but there were also good restaurants nearby and it was really easy to take the bus also when we wanted to see Zadar city center (or Nin).

I'm a fairly large chap so bigger bathroom towels would have been nice. Also some shower gel or soap in the shower would have been handy. This may might be helpful to foreign guests as most airports still restrict liquids in hand luggage to 100ml.

The host, Irena and her family were very helpful and the location was nice and quiet. The villa and room were clean and had good facilities such as wifi, TV and fridge.

Could have been better with some tea bags/ cofee and UHT milk pods with the tea/ cofee making facilities and some toiletries in the bathroom. Could have been great if there are a few fruits and few buiscuits as well for the weary traveller

The host was great and collected me from the airport. She took great care to explain the facilities, surrounding area, transport restaurants etc.
