Great location and nice host.

It stank of smoke

Very easy to find & great location 5 minutes walk to restaurants etc. Great communication regarding check in/check out & we were able to leave our bags to pick up later. The host was lovely & very informative. The room had so many additional touches such as beach towels, dressing gown, a cafeteria & lots of different fruit teas.

Comfortable double bed, good blackout blind. Friendly warm welcome from Mira. Snacks my daughter really liked and water in the fridge a nice and unexpected touch. Well-equipped considering you are booking as a room. Fantastic location only a few minutes' walk from the old town. Worth noting that this close to the centre you may get some noise (bar opposite had live music one night), no problem for us though. Thanks for making us welcome in Split!

Location, the room, facilities, Just everything

Excellent location a stone’s throw from old town! Well presented and comfortable with everything you need in the room.

Quiet and stylish with easy access and comfort

Everything was very comfortable. The apartment was very well located, just a few meters away from the Old Town. We found a cheap parking spot 5 min away.

Mira was happy to meet us at the room to explain everything even though our plane was delayed and we didn't get there until 11.30 at night. Mira has also thought of everything you may need.

We found it hard to find the correct door to the building so late at night

Room was clean and host tried her best to make us feel welcome and explaining every little detail of how things work in the room.

Not as luxurious as i thought it would be however it had all necessary amenities. Electric toilet kept flushing automatically during the night without it being used waking us up twice or three times. Location was within walking distance of town centre and riva promenade but the location of the property itself was noisy during the night and we could hear people passing by at night and garbage collectors very early in the morning.

Perfect host. Shows you everything so you know how it works. Very accommodating with checking in early/ leaving bags during the day and keeps in contact with you so you know when the room is ready. Air con is perfect for hot days as well!

Parking was inconvenient so wouldn’t recommend if you have a car

Excellent location at the top of old town, but outside of the palace which means it was much quieter Large comfortable room

The shower ran hot for maybe one shower & then we had to wait. And user error, but the electric toilet was tricky to work.

It was a very comfortable room and super clean. The host was punctual and accommodating. Everything was working perfectly. The bed and pillows were great.

Only negative was that because it’s an old building sound insulation isn’t good. So, you hear if someone is walking upstairs or the traffic on the street quite a bit which isn’t good for light sleepers.

It was well organised with everything you could need and more. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently situated.

Location is amazing, room facility is good. She left some chocolate that my son loved them:). There we even towels to use at the seaside. She explained everything about the area, room was so clean.

Because of the location, it can be noisy but AC iş available. if you close the Windows, it can be fine.
