Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandThe rooms were small but we didn't need it to be big. Hot water had small cylinder. I didn't think about it til it went Luke warm. Sorry hubby.
The handy location was fabulous and quiet alleyway which had one eating place nearby but any noise was dampened completely with double glazed windows. Good communication and prompt responses on WhatsApp when we checked in late and messaged late about bag storage. Bed was comfy and it was nice to arrive to air-conditioning on. Coffee in the lobby was nice too.

Very clean and although it is in a rather charming medieval corner of a Roman palace, the instructions to find it were clear. Comfortable and classy. It is in the heart of everything. And a nice coffee machine in the common area.

I asked for personal check-in because I've had bad experiences with self check-in before but this was so well organised and clear I think I would have been absolutely fine even without a person there. United StatesThe room was very clean, and Bozena, the hostess, was a good communicator and a friendly person. There is coffee available 24/7, in a small shared area. We were there durng the high season and the Ultra Festival, and the place was quite lively. Anyone who wants to be in the middle of very active nightlife with several hundred people in their 20's drinking, laughing , and dancing in every nook and cranny of an old palace until 1 am would be happy. Good restaurants were very nearby, including pizza at La Fortuna and steak the Luxor.
