Nevenka and her daughter Anamarija were the best hosts we have ever come across. So accommodating especially when we booked out. We enjoyed everything, it was the most cute place ever and so safe and ideal for getting into the Town.. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation to family and friends. It is so peaceful with a pretty shared courtyard. Wish we could have stayed longer We definitely will come back but when it is cooler.

Everything was great! Nevanka was such a kind host, super flexible and helped with everything possible, giving useful tips etc. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, comfortable and well located very close to the city center. And excellent place to stay and explore Split, highly recommended to stay here!

Apartment was in the perfect location, just at the edge of old town. Only a 5 minute walk to the docs & into the heart of old town. Staff where extremely friendly & gave great tips on beach’s / restaurants & sites to see around split

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for walking around the old town and Riva. The room was a lovely size and well taken care of. Our host Nevenka was so incredibly lovely and helpful. She took the time to show us the room and helped guide us through on the map some things to do in the town along with areas to eat. She was so wonderful she made our stay in Split so pleasant.

She was very kind and gave detailed explanations to help the traveler. The place had a mosquito net, a map of local restaurants, and a luggage storage box in the yard. The linens were clean, and beach towels and a drying rack were also provided outside.

Our Uber driver from the airport dropped us off a few blocks away because, "He couldn't get thru the streets..." We felt kinda abandoned. Google Maps got us to the place but it was trial and error. Use the GPS coordinates provided by Bookings or the name, "Central Old Town Rooms" when searching in Google Maps. I cut and pasted the address from Bookings and it took us to the wrong location which was a couple of streets over. Slight panic moment till I tried the GPS coordinates.

Nevenka & Anamarija were great! Very nice and responsive. Definitely use their shuttle service to the airport if available. Uber isn't great. Taxi service is the worst option. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were super friendly and the rooms lovely, clean and modern. We loved eating our meals on the balcony. A short stroll into the old town and a large well known supermarket only 8 mins walk away. We would defiantly stay again.

Small, comfortable apartment with shared kitchen space. Excellent location, ten minutes walk from either the harbour or the palace area. If you are checking out but not travelling for a while the host (who is super helpful in general) offers luggage storage which was a really nice extra that saved us dragging suitcases around the art gallery! Bed comfortable, nice quiet area away from the party town bit.

Host is amazing. She was present to recieve us and show the layout of the room and the property. She was also gracious to ask the cleaning staff to do our laundry for us. The property is super clean and is perfect for family/couples on a vacation.

Perfect central old town location. Well appointed apartments and close to everything. Far enough away to not be noisy at night. Exceptional hospitality from the owner. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Clean, secure, and a great terrace. Highly recommended!

Perfect quiet location within the old town, only a few minutes stroll from the centre of town and the harbour but also near the Marjan Forest Park. The proprietor and he daughter were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to help. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Split and are so glad we chose to stay at Central Old Town Rooms.

Amazing location and the room was lovely, really great value for money, particularly with the shared outdoor space which is a commodity in the old town. Only a 5 min walk into town and close to all the main sites in Split old town.
