If I really have to mention something: the price is on the higher side, but worth it for the quality you get.

Everything I expect from a room was there – and more. Very spacious, exactly like in the photos, spotless clean and with efficient air conditioning. I loved the blackout shutters, perfect for sleeping in, and the location couldn’t be better: right in the centre of Split. All the small details made the stay extra pleasant: high-quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, toothbrush and even slippers. I also really liked the key card system – no hassle with big keys, just a convenient card that fits in your wallet. I never met the host in person, but Petra replied instantly to any message on WhatsApp, even at unusual hours – simply fantastic and very reassuring. A perfect stay, and I would definitely return!

Petra is so welcoming and the staff were all very kind and helpful. So much attention to detail was placed into setting up the room, and the water heater and air conditioner worked well. Location is very central and offers convenient access to the centre of split. Like anywhere inside a city, it can get a little noisy at night but this is easily solved with some earplugs.

Rather than run the air conditioning we opened the window. This was a mistake and the revellers outside were very noisy till 4am. Closing the window helped but inconsiderate noise from the street was disturbing. However, it was a Friday night!

Clean spacious room with lovely and interesting decor. The room had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable, even included a settee which we appreciated. The apartment was close to the Diocletian Palace and although a bit of a trek from the station was well situated.

Everything! Location is 10/10, safe, close to everything, for a solo female traveler this is a perfect place to be based in Split. The host, Petra went above and beyond, very kind and attentive. Room super spacious, with everything you need and very clean. Wifi, amazing strong signal. Breakfast, superb!!! Only good things about my stay in Split, thanks Petra and team for such a wonderful experience. Unforgettable :)

Mattress is starting to sag and will need to be replaced soon. The safe for valuables was tiny and not secured to anything, so could itself be easily stolen.

Great location, close to old town, lots of restaurants etc. and only 15 minutes from port or buses. Breakfast arrangement with a nearby hotel worked well. Contactless check in and out so never met any staff, but messages received in advance were clear and helpful.

Considering we were staying for 3 nights, we only had 2 green tea and 2 fruit tea bags between us. Also, every time we left the room we had to remove our keycard that also turned off the electricity, so the room was hot when we came back by the end of the day.

Petra was a very kind and responsive host. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We were very close to the old town and it was a convenient location for us.

This was a great room that was centrally located and quiet. The bed and the room were very comfortable. Breakfast was in a nearby hotel. Menu did not change but was plentiful.
