It was fantastic! We had a wonderful time here. Petra and Hari welcomed us with open arms, always there, if we needed something...the view and the heated jakuzzi are a dream...we had the pleasure to go truffle hunting with hari and his dogs ,buddy and gea. This was a unique experience. The Dogs are amazing, so sweet and wellmannered. We will miss the morning visits for some cuddles and a little Snack ;) We are greatful, that we 've met such nice and warmhearted people ...if you like to be at a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place with a wonderful view and landscape, good people and animals around you - its your place to stay!!! Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! Right from our arrival, the hosts warmly welcomed us, making sure we felt completely at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond what we expected. The apartment itself was flawless - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A standout feature of our experience was the amazing support and assistance from the hosts. They were always there to help with any questions we had, and they went the extra mile to ensure we had an unforgettable trip. Their genuine kindness and dedication truly made our stay special. The location of the apartment was perfect - centrally located with easy access to stunning hiking spots. But what really made it unforgettable was the breathtaking view from the jacuzzi at sunset. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

A very nice apartment with one of the most breathtaking views you can find - perfect to enjoy while relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of great Istrian wine. The hosts Hari and Petra are one of the most kind and attentive people I've met in general. The apartment is a only a minute walk away from one of the finest restaurants offering Istrian cousine - and I've tried many. This apartment is definitely worth the price and is truly a rare gem.

There is nothing to not like!

WOW, this stunning studio apartment was amazing in all senses. It is located in a small medieval village with views directly overlooking the beautiful valley and hills. The property has every home comfort available. Comfortable large bed-you can lie with a view! The kitchen was very well equipped, so you can cook at home if you wish. The bathroom is modern with a fabulous power shower. Outside space had various seating options with sunbeds and lovely hot tub - again with views and stargazing! Parking was free and either directly outside property or in village car park 1 minute walk away. Peter and Hari were the most hospitable hosts, friendly and helpful in every way. The pretty village of Roc has one of the nicest konobo's for great homemade local meals with good prices, too. If you want a peaceful, relaxing break in a beautifully designed space that is central to great hiking and sightseeing options with wonderful owners, then this is the best choice. I'm very sad to leave.

The accommodation is clean, well-maintained, with stunning views from the property. It's located near all the facilities you may need during your trip. The jacuzzi was an absolute delight, offering a soothing experience while overlooking the landscapes of inland Istria. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The highlight of the trip were the hosts - Hari and Petra. They went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Hari, who also happens to be knowledgeable tour guide, added an extra layer of insight to our trip as he shared his local expertise, providing us with insider tips that truly enriched our stay. The range of activities offered by the hosts (such as truffle hunting, guided tours with emphasis on frescos and Glagolitic script) was impressive and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our visit. Not only did they provide a variety of options, but they also customized the activities to suit our preferences. Let's not forget the delicious dinner that Hari and Petra prepared for us. Absolutely wonderful!

fantastic, magical place, perfect slowhop! great, very hospitable hosts. beautiful, very clean, fully equipped apartment. at guests' disposal a private terrace with a jacuzzi with a view that will be remembered for a long time! very charming, quiet town. a perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. definitely worth to visit!
