Just perfect location in the city center, easy to park since hotel got its own garage. The premises are quite new, very clean above croatian standard. And the hotel design is cosy and fancy. The staf is very nice and helpfull. Always my choice when visitin' zagreb. It is rare I give 10 points out of 10 but i do love it here.

Hard to belive, but there is nothing to complain about. Suggest to replace the coffe pods iby nespresso.

The room was well equipped. It had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was great. The transfer lounge was a bonus. It was great to refresh ourselves after checkout time.

The pillow was not so comfortable

Room size was just right with all needed amenities. Specious walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent parking underground with a lift that leads directly to the hotel.

The Luggage Locker section offers clients not only secure storage but also the option of private rooms equipped with showers

The room had a pleasant ambience, and we especially appreciated the availability of a water fountain and an ice cube machine within the floor. Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent—close to the city center, parks, bus stops, the main train station, and tram lines, making it very convenient for getting around.

One of the wash basin taps was leaking, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if maintenance could look into fixing it.
