Very clean and modern apartment with a shared kitchen. Good and secure parking just outside of the house. If one wants to go to the city centre, there is a free parking space a few minutes away from the apartment which has a short walking distance to the city centre. Attentive hosts who explained us everything upon arrival. Calm area and quiet at night. Good value for money.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available to offer support and assistance whenever needed. Their attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. This wasn't a problem for us but it's important to be aware before staying there. It is not within walking distance of anything so this is only suitable if you have a car.

Very nice hosts. Clean modern room. Our room was next to a kitchen and sitting area that was shared with another room. It was spacious and well equipped. The property was very quiet, easily accessible and had easy parking. The hosts were really nice and helpful. For those guests with a car, this is a really good place to stay for a visit to Rovinj and the area.

We had a short (two nights) stay in these lovely rooms. Our spacious room had its own bathroom and balcony with a wonderfully comfortable bed and great shower. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It is only a short walk into the old town of Rovinj which is very picturesque with lots to see and do including a beautiful walk to the new harbour and further to an amazing forest. Our host was so helpful - I would absolutely recommend these delightful rooms.

Jedan od najčišćih apartmana u kojem sam do sada boravila. Sam apartman mi izgleda i bolje uživo nego na slikama. Vlasnici su mislili na svaki detalj i zbilja se potrudili da se gosti osjećaju dobrodošlo. Odlično opremljena kuhinja. Prisutan privatni parking.

Probably the bathroom, if you are a non smoker I think you will really smell a cigarette smoke coming out of nowhere. It smells like an old cigarette smoke. You will not see the smoke itself but there’s something in there that smells like an old smoke and idk where it’s coming from. As a non smoker i find it gross.

Everything was worth paying for. The room has a very relaxing ambiance and I really like the balcony. The kitchen is clean and looks modern.
