They should take more care of some minor details like the soap/shampoo in the bathroom, the phon not working and the TV remote without batteries

Very close to the city center, 5 min walking distance. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Checking in is easy by key safe. Parking is along the street, maybe not easy in busy hours but we were lucky and found it quite close.

It would have been helpful to have a shelf or strip in the shower to place bathroom items — we had to put them on the floor. A bath mat for the feet was also missing. In the backyard, flies and bugs were a bit bothersome, though I’m not sure what could be done about that. There were cups and saucers in the room, but no kettle. There was also an ironing board, but no iron. We booked a room with a baby cot, but instead received a playpen. If we had put the baby (which is 3 month old) in it, they would’ve been lying almost directly on the floor, which was very cold. Fortunately, there was a single bed in the room, so the child slept there. We used a pillow and blanket to keep them from falling.

Excellent location, the backyard is convenient, and the interior is freshly renovated and clean.

The shower leaked in to the bathroom. We stopped it by putting a towel in the shower door. Also, don't leave any food out - ants will come!

The location is great - close to local supermarkets, the market, the beautiful plaza with lots of restaurants and shops. Also a short 10 minute walk to Bacvice beach. Also close to buses to access other parts of town and other beaches. Close to the bus station that can take you to other cities. Check in and check out was easy.

Unfortunately, we did not have any hot water for the entirety of our stay. We arrived at 6 PM, had to shower with cold water, and left at 6 AM the next day. The host was very quick to try and solve the issue however we didn’t have hot water until the morning and at that point had to catch a flight.

Location was about 15 minutes from the main town where all restaurants and bars are. The host was incredibly kind and very communicative. When there were any issues or questions they responded right away.

Unfortunately, the heating system didn’t work properly in 3 of the rooms. We were offered a room change but it was late, we would be staying only for one night and we were tired, so we refused it. Also, in the morning lights went off and never went on again. Lastly, in one of the rooms there was a strong smoking smell, not very pleasant. We did not report this issue so is not the staff’s fault.

All in all it was good. Good location near to the city center. Staff was super helpful answering all our questions and addressing all our requests.

This is not the hotel's fault of course but parking is very difficult. We had to unload outside the hotel, blocking access to other vehicles and a crossing then park some distance away.

It was a very short walk to the old part of the town. The room was modern and comfortable. Our private garden was very nice.

Coffee and tea was not supplied. No microwave either. It is about a 7-10 walk into the palace area where you'll find most of the coffee places and restaurants. No immediate cafe nearby. No elevator and there were steps to get up to the building, which may not be an issue for some but could be an issue for others. While onl;y a 10-15 minutes walk from the port area, It is an uphill walk from the esplanade area where the boats come in. So it is walkable, but depending on size of your luggage, you might want a cab. Wish they supplied two luggage racks per room.

Room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Quite modern. They stored our luggage for us as we arrived in Split early - much appreciated. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes away. The Bosket Rooms are located outside of the palace area (i.e. the old town) which is actually a plus as it was nice and quiet.

The room was nice and big, yet some features were a bit broken (e.g. bathroom blinds, toilet seat, safe that was not attached to anything and could be easily taken away).

Great location to visit Split on foot. Possibly to book a parking (yet for a pretty high fee of 25€), as otherwise in the neighborhood there are almost no free spots. Good communication with the staff.

No lift, but only one floor up. Blinds didn't lift on one side of window in one room. Unable to use smaller shower head and water sort of poured off top of larger shower head. Floor outside shower got really wet as a result!

There were many ants near the window and sofa bed, but in the end they arranged another apartment for us to stay.
