Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaTV chanell connection was poor. Maybe an additional elevator or even two would be appropriate.
Excellent atmosphere of the hotel, everything is so good organized and equiped. Room was not big but very comfortable. Balcony super with table and two chairs to rest. Wifi was ok. Outdoor swimming pools perfect, spa very comfortable and a lot of saunas. As I was there it was not crowded - maybe it can be on certain days. Very professional and friendly staff. They give you the feeling that you are really wellcomed and accepted. Keep serving free water on the table for lunch and dinner.

LithuaniaLocation is really beautiful, but far from the city. There's no many buses to the hotel. And taxi prices is expensive in Croatia.
That was our first visit to Croatia. It's really nice hotel, great quality for the price. Main thing for me - a lot of sport activities, inside and outside opportunities, gym, free spa etc. Highly recommend if you're prefer the same vacation kind.

United StatesIt was very unclear that we, who booked through booking.com, were sharing the property with all inclusive guests of Nielson. The staff did not seem to understand why we were there or what we could and could not do of the many activities that were happening, such as sailing, yoga, and even getting drinks in the Sky Bar, and kept asking if we had attended our orientation.
The breakfast spread was amazing, and it is extremely convenient if you are hiking in Paklenica National Park.
