Exceptionally clean, comfortable with all the amenities we required. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Ismail was an excellent host and met us 10 minutes after we checked in. He was welcoming, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of valuable information about what to do in Dubrovnik.

Not that it was something I didn't like or can change but just be wary it's quite steep and a lot of steps so in hot weather it can be quite draining. Just make sure you have water with you 😂

It was close to old town and stunning views as soon as you leave! Owner was very helpful over Whatsapp with restaurant recommendations and transfers etc. Air con in the room was also great! We were really happy with our stay!

Very high audibility between rooms. You can hear every word talking by your neighbours of the same floor. Fells like everyone would even notice yours heavy breathing.

Good location, it’s only few minutes walking to the old town if you walk from apartment (other way is much heavier as you need to climb the hill). Very clean inside. Apartments equipped with all personal hygiene supplementals

Clean, comfortable, 15 minutes by walk to the old town, bus stop nearby, perfect view from the balcony, good wifi and very welcoming host. Ismail is very dedicated as a host. We used airport transfer option as well. Even if he does not respond in a minute, don't worry he has everything under control. In case of any problem he is ready to help. Yes there are thousands of stairs (like in whole Dubrovnik) and yes it is worthy. I totally recommend this place.

Very small but has everything you need for a couple of nights in Dubrovnik. About 15min walk to old town, communication from owner was excellent. Free toiletries as well.

Exceptional view, close to old town but away from the chaos. Ismail made the whole process so easy and had tonnes of recommendations to try in Dubrovnik. Very pleasant stay, the apartment has everything. Just a little bit of climbing required.

It was a bit of a walk into the Old Town - this wasn't a problem as we like walking, but anyone who doesn't like walking should be aware it is 25 mins each way. A minor point, but the wardrobe was exceptionally high up! One of us struggled to reach it.

We could not recommend this apartment enough! Ismail brought us to and from the airport, providing recommendations for restaurants and things to do and places to visit, he couldn’t have been more welcoming! The apartment itself was absolutely spotless clean with perfect kitchen facilities, loads of extra towels, and a great shower. We stayed in the room without a balcony which was small but absolutely perfect for two people. It is about a 20min walk outside Dubrovnik old town but the walk is along the coast so we didn’t mind at all, there are quite a few steps up to the apartment but it’s the same everywhere in Dubrovnik no matter what you want to visit or where you stay!

The only downside was the location, which was a bit inconvenient, and the number of stairs—there were just too many! Be prepared if you have any mobility problems.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking sea views. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect.

The valcony was a share one, I was not to happy about it. The bathroom had an oddor at night time. No private parking only street parking.

A lot of stairs for those who are not in good condition. Kitchen is compact if you want make meals.

We could not get the TV to work but did not detract from the apartment. Be aware that there are 94 stairs to get to the apartment, but the view is worth the climb :-). Parking on the street was tricky because it is narrow and not many spaces available, but patience paid off and we were able to find a spot.

The balcony was a real treat! Being able to see Dubrovnik at all times of the day and in all weather was lovely. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. Walk into town was about 15 mins down a shortcut of stairs just up the road from the front door.

Really nice location, private balcony, amazing view of the city. If you dont like taking the stairs, i dont recommend it, otherwise its a great daily exercise too:) very nice and helpful staff, the air conditioning (mitsubishi), was really quiet and nice

It wasn't problem for us, but it can be important information, that there are lot of steps to reach the apartman.

The location and the view from the balkony was unique. Host was very kind. Apartman was cosy.

Lots of stairs in the heat!! Not a problem for us but may be for others. The owner said he would come to welcome us so we waited around for an hour before he let us know he wasn't coming.

Great location to walk to Old Town (15 mins) The room was clean and comfortable with ample towels and kitchen supplies. Excellent fridge and aircon. We had a small rental car and were able to park on street for free every day, however would struggle with a larger sized vehicle. Close to Viktorija bus stop.
