Equipment in the kitchen could be better, they didn't provided even a spare trash bags or toilet paper. If I compare the price to the hotel with a daily cleaning servis I think this is disproportionetly expensive. However, this is probably overall issue in Croatia. We did receive some instructions regarding the accommodation in advance but it were general instructions which didn't not correspond to our type of accommodation regarding the use of air condition and it led to incomperhension of it's useage.

The camp is big with a lot of activities to do which is very nice and comfortable for children. Three swimming pools are available and are free of charge, there are also numerous restaurants, souvenir shops and one supermarket. The price of additional activities is a bit higher which is kind of understandable in such a location. We were accomodated in mobilehome Superior and I think this was the best option after seeing the other types at the place. The position of the mobilehome was nice, not overcrowded with neighbouring houses, surrounded by lawn and some trees, not like the others. The interior of the accommodation wasn't big, but sufficient and clean. Equipment of the kitchen could be better. We did have some issue with water regulation, the heat sensor was broken and the water was either too hot or absolutely cold, with a toddler this is a big problem. But I appreciate how fast they came to fix it. However, even after fixing it, the water regulation wasn't easy and still complicated to set up a comfotable and stable temperature for bathing a small kid.

Cleaning could be better (spider webs, dust), but generally is ok. There could be some bowls for breakfast (müsli).

The camp offers a lot pf activities for the whole family. We stayed at the family house next to the pool which is perfect for small kids. Houses are nice, comfortable and relatively well equpped. The camp area has noise limit hours (after lunch and in the night) and it is great to have a rest.

Almost no complaints just the kitchen misses a water cooker or coffee machine (we brought our own) and microwave was not working, because of a damaged socket (we simply moved it to another one). We were near to the main pool, so the moderated morning events starting around 10 were quite audible

Everything is exactly as on the pictures and overall in good condition, we had a super nice small garden with our mobile house, parking directly in front of the door and a whirl pool. Bi-Village has a lot of offers on the premises: small shops, supermarket, trip organization/info point, sports, events etc Walking to Fazana is possible along the beach in 20 mins

For the same accommodation type, the other homes would be a disappointment. In my opinion, there are only 2 homes in the same category which is acceptable. There are definitely 2 homes which is a stretch to be “sea view”. Also in April a lot of amenities are closed. So while there’s less crowd, there’s also less to do. Water rentals are not yet available. Neither is the spa/massage or some pools.

Our room location was exactly what i imagined. We got the seaview family mobile home. Everything was clean and it had enough kitchen stuff. The Jungaloo area with mini golf and trampoline is nice and the beach has a nice walk path.

The air condition was not free, but quite expensive 20e for 20 hours. Also the unit was only in the central room and quite weak, so it did not work for bedrooms. No nets in the windows. Kitchen equipment was very basic, even nothing to make coffee provided. Only small starter pack provided so basically you have to buy own toillet paper, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, shampoo... Beach was clean but with stones, water shoes required.

There were good 3 swimming pools, great for children. One pool had even cold water. Apartment was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and covered parking.

I still can not belive that, service/offer orientation in is on such low level... Come on dear friends , we all know that Croatia is lovely and we like it, but really really you need to improve and at least come close to other countries touristic offers... Charging for each and everything within the resort is funny... We were aware for it, before coming, no remark on it, since obviously we accept it... just sharing the view that is not justified after we experienced the same and compare with other turistic destinations... Position, and amazing sea is not enough... For an example: Is unbelievable that are calculating using of airconditioning in hours... Come on... Is Year 2024, not 1984... I know might be common for camping, but if you are offering also and charging for comfort apartment this is funny...

Croatia is lovely, people as usually always nice... Amazing adriatic sea... Lovely nearby restorants in Fazana, and of course Pula...

Air conditioning needs to be paid extra - 20eur/20 hours. All the water from showers go out to the bathroom floor and floods the floor. Missing a simple dishwasher, sharp knife, big cutting board, toaster.

Great place for disabeled - access to the see, accomodation, streets.

Poor wifi (if you need to dial in for work, the internet connection is poor and unstable, mobile connection also poor), they are still not separating garbage (except for packaging there is a separate container, otherwise all the rest (bio, paper, glass, etc...goes into common trash bin)

We had at least 4 evening power cuts during our stay, which I think was due to the high temperatures. This is understandable but the staff were not very helpful in providing information about it.

I stayed in a Premium Relax cabin with my family and it was very comfortable to stay in, with a small kitchen, AC and a hot tub. There was also a deck, garden and loungers. The location near the beach was also very good and the supermarket onsite was reasonably priced for a campsite shop. The restaurants on site were also very good.

Having only 30 hours free Air conditioning and placement of air conditioning in sleeping rooms make it impossible to cool down dinning room. Air conditioning was not even effective to cool down properly house. Sea water was quite dirty from some sludge. Water down south in Damlacia is much much cleaner

It’s huge facility and a lot of forest shade. It’s pity some of activities are not included at least with limitation, looking at high price you need to pay.

The AC device in our apartment was outdated and there was one remote to operate two. I couldn't figure it out. It worked but the settings changed during the night.

Small diswashing machine could be a must in apartments Washing machine for laundry 1 session cost is 6€ + you need to by tablets + machines usually are out of service. That's extremely expensive and uncomfortable. Hotel should clean at least own stretch of beach from trash. Staff needs to improve english skills.
