Really good location right on the edge of the Old Town, couple minutes easy walk to everywhere. The apartment was like new. The host is lovely and let us store our bags when we arrived early & the room was not yet ready.

I spend a great time located at Berbardi rooms 2.Excellent location , literally few steps and you are in the center of historical part of the town.Because of the stone walls, nights are peaceful and quiet.Host is so friendly and kind.. looking forward to come back again.

Noisy at night but we didn’t mind. People who need quiet for sleep may not like it also there are some stairs to the rooms but not too much. Maybe tricky if you have mobility issues. For us it was fine and think it’s so nice they are small conveniences.

Ivana was a wonderful hostess. She arranged transport and waited for us although our flight was late. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. The property itself was spotless clean, was located in heart of old town, was noisy but we didn’t mind that as we were in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries around. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was good. It was just brilliant and made our stay so special.

Can get a little noisy at night since you’re right in the centre of things, but if the windows are closed it’s pretty muted.

Fantastic location. Comfortable room, great shower, mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Ivana was responsive on whatsapp and very easy to deal with.

Bit of an old, dirty building, even has an hand rail hanging off the wall as you walk up the first flight of stairs upon entrance, which could be dangerous. No change of towels or bed linen. Asked to leave early at 10am. Nothing to watch on tv when relaxing in the room, any decent channel isn't available.

Perfect location at the top of the old town shops/restaurants and next to the palace. Very nice rooms, same as in the pics. Quiet when you close the windows, street noise when open. Air con works well.

We were happy with everything

This accommodation exceeded expectations. It’s in a very convenient and atmospheric location. The attention to detail and the quality of finish is excellent. We have been travelling to/fromSplit up to 5 times a year for approx 15 years. We haven’t achieved better accommodation than Bernardi Rooms. We will not hesitate to book again.

This room was absolutely fantastic. It was lovely and large and spotlessly clean. It had two windows with fantastic views and lovely large bathroom with a fantastic shower. Even though it overlooked the outside with the double glazing windows it was very quiet inside. Ivana was so helpful and allowed us an early check-in and later check out Totally recommend this place to stay

I really like the friendliness of the staff. Exceptional service by Ivana and it never felt like I was without any support despite this not being a traditional hotel. She helped me recover a lost item which I’m eternally grateful for. I trusted them fully to make sure I had a wonderful time!

There was no outside signage. It was 3 floors up, not 2. The entry area and stairs were run-down looking. There was no signage until the 3rd floor, so no way to know if I was in the right spot. Once up to the 3rd level, the space was secure and very nicely done.

Split is beginning to get busy , even though it is early in the season.

The room is in an excellent location and was spotlessly clean. I liked the dual aspect , on one side looking out over the 'square' and on the other to a 'quiet' street My communication with Ivana was always prompt and friendly. I had a minor problem on arrival and Ivana went above and beyond to sort it out for me. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the quality of the sheets. Proper hotel high thread count quality. There is a great ice cream parlour literally around the corner. I think it is called Emiliana And I loved sitting in the park , again literally outside the property.

Ivana who cares about CheckIn and CheckOut has really beautifull soul and it was a warm welcoming and I felt really comforted and cared. The room is really nice and in the best location in split. Insider Tip: The Misto Bar right in front of the Apartment has great food and a great hospitality as well 😊

There are just a couple of things we feel this property could do better on. Firstly, it was hard to find the property. With streets in Croatia being so hard to find we would’ve appreciated if the host had provided a little guide on how to get there and a photo of what the property looks like on the outside and inside (which floor / what the door looks like). Due to the lack of this, we had to ring and message the host and were left confused on where to go for around 20 minutes which isn’t ideal in the heat! Secondly, whilst the room feels designed to be more of a hotel-style room than a self-catering apartment, we would’ve liked more facilities to be provided for our food. There was a fridge, mugs and a kettle but perhaps a couple of plates, knifes and forks. This would’ve been handy for helping us to make our packed lunches etch

The room was modern and clean. It had great AC, a hair dryer, a safe. The location was great and the host was kind and welcoming.
