How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with several aspects of our stay: Firstly, the rooms were quite small and located far from the central facilities of the hotel. They also did not have balconies, and there were no options provided for drying towels or swimsuits. Although there was a terrace door, it was unusable for this purpose due to strong winds. The electric heater in the bathroom, which we attempted to use for drying, was not functional. Another major issue was with the shower. Around 7 PM – presumably when most guests returned from the beach – it was nearly impossible to take a proper shower. Either only scalding hot or freezing cold water came out, and in both cases, the water pressure was very low, making it extremely difficult to wash properly. Additionally, the door dampers on the room doors were not working, resulting in loud slamming noises echoing through the hallways whenever a door closed, disturbing the peace regularly. We also encountered several issues in the restaurant. The dinner was overpriced, the food lacked flavor and was of poor quality. There were not enough staff members, and we experienced long waiting times before being served with our drinks. At breakfast, no 100% fruit juices were provided. The juice dispensers served sugary, watered-down drinks instead. Furthermore, only two juice dispensers were available for a large number of guests, which led to long queues. We also found the table clearing practices to be unhygienic and unpleasant. Staff removed dirty dishes at a station right next to our table, and we had to watch as leftover food was handled, followed by loud clattering of cutlery and plates. This significantly disrupted our meals. Additionally, the pastries were of notably poor quality. We asked for a partial refund but the hotel hasn't even answered our e-mail.

1) The juices at the breakfast buffet were just ugly and artificial. This was everything but juice. 2) Around the pool at some spots where the pool water runs in, the white plastic cover was broken - in case of accidentally stepping into that „holes“, one can seriously get hurt. That should be fixed. 3) I heard at the reception that the hotel was completely booked out. Nevertheless there should be enough car parking spots for all the guests, but this was not the case: Cars had to park on those streets in the parking area where parking is actually not allowed - blocking cars from leaving their regular parking spot (I could hardly leave because I was blocked twice).

Verified reviewThis hotel is very nice , I think it should be 5 star hotel. Hotel rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast and dinner are perfect , every day there is a new meny . There are happenings in the Hotel like live music , pool aerobics and programs for kids.
The thing that terrified me its that in sauna if you wanna used it you have to go naked. Excuse me ! My 16 year old son went there he wanted to use the sauna and there were 2 naked grandpas in sauna ...its this a Nudist hotel ? If I wanna use the sauna I dont wanna be in that thiny space alone with mans naked. The pool is too crowded with kids , there is a kids pool but they all go to the adult pool and jump there . In 7 am there are people running to reserve the sunbeds. The beach not too good and crowded, a lot of big rocks in the water .

Verified reviewThe hotel has an excellent and very convenient location — the beach is just a short walk away, making the stay extremely comfortable. Dinners are varied and tasty, breakfast is basic, as in most European hotels. Room cleaning is of high quality and done regularly. The room is a bit “tired,” but this is perfectly understandable given the large flow of tourists and did not spoil our holiday in any way. We were happy with everything!

Poor room quality, extremely slow and unorganized restaurant service (all periods are crowded, hard to find free table and the food refill is too slow), the bar service is slow (sometimes need to wait 10-20min for the busy and unfriendly bartender), not enough beach towel, unorganized parking ”system”, the gym’s equipment is poor and simple, the opening time of the gym doesn't sync with the breakfast time period (gym opens too late).

Verified reviewIt’s prime location to the beach, excellent breakfast, and the friendly staff. Our room had a beautiful view of the property, pool and the sea, on the left wing of the hotel. They also have three pools.(2 outdoor, 1 Olympic indoor pool)
The pool / lounger beds were always occupied because many guests left their towels overnight. During peak hours, there were only 2 waiters serving the pool area and the restaurant facing the beach front so it always took forever till the waiter got to us.
