Everything! Lucien and his family were fabulous hosts and they have a wonderful hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, their service was outstanding and the location of the hotel is perfect. We were helped with excellent local recommendations and nothing was too much. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 nights at Hotel Belvedere and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to Lucien and Family.

Nothing - our break was perfect!

Sukošan is an amazing place and Hotel Belvedere is located in a very good part of it. The hotel was quite and clean. Staff were smiley and helping all the time. The food served at the restaurant was very delicious and big portioned. The sea was amazing and there was a direct access. Hotel provided us umbrellas and sunbeds.

Food prices (overall in Sukošan) are a little high. There are no fridges in the room.

Very friendly staff. Beachfront. Good breakfast. Very near to the airport. Nice view.

No elevator.

The hotel is in a great location with fantastic staff who were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In short the hotel is perfect for a quiet and relaxing break

We really loved how peaceful and quiet this area of Croatia was, and the owners were extremely accommodating. They were even able to prepare some surprise birthday things! The property has everything you need for a relaxing, get away close to the bigger cities.

The exceptionally high rating this place has is fully deserved. Two major strenghts: 1) lovely, extremely clean and cozy hotel and garden, and 2) unbelievably friendly and helpfull staff... this can't be overstated. I barely mentioned gluten sensitivity and they went out of their way to get it :) ...and another big plus was that there was always plant-based milk option at the breakfast. Also, nice looking seafront, with perfect access to the water via a pier. I almost never review hotels, but it would be a shame not to do it here. Great experience :)

Close to the sea!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Belvedere. The staff are wonderful and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Breakfasts were plentiful with the option of freshly cooked eggs/omelette/scrambled. Meals in the evening were really tasty and both the food and bar prices were very fair. The staff are outstanding, so friendly and eager to make our stay memorable. Between them they made every guest feel valued and welcome and their humour reflected a happy Team we thought.

Had a great a time. Super nice place.

Everyone was super friendly! We had done a bit of research ourselves for things to see in the area, but we are very glad we asked the staff as well. We got a lot of other great tips and they had local knowledge about opening hours and the best places to go in the spring. The food was great as well! We had dinner every night we stayed there. Good value for money and they remembered what we ordered the day before. We will definitely come back some day. All the best from the Danish couple who played yatzy.

We couldn't have been more happy with Hotel Belvedere, the staff, the view and the location. This was our first trip to Croatia. We had rented a car and were able to travel to see some amazing sights. Our next visit will be to Hotel Belvedere so that we can take better advantage of the beautiful view and helpful staff. The view from our room was amazing, we really didn't want to leave. Going down to breakfast or having a drink in the evening was another chance to enjoy their outstanding view. We highly recommend Hotel Belvedere and look forward to coming back. Thank you.

We didn't want to leave, but our plans had us catching a bus to Vienna.

The staff was very friendly and helping, breakfast included fruits and pancakes, the restaurant and terrace is astonishing. The building is nicely renovated, and perfectly maintained clean and air conditioned. Sukosan is nice little place with a freshly renovated port for a good evening walk and dinner - these can be reached with 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Zadar is 10-20 mins drive depends on the traffic.

The beach is mainly rocky, with a small part for for children, it is good for swimming.

The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. All the staff are excellent and very friendly. Tasteful breakfast staff prepare and customizes the omelette/scramble eggs, it’s very fresh. Easy parking. Huge room and very comfy. I highly recommend. If you would stay around Zadar, Sukošan or Zadar airport, definitely here is the best option.

Rooms with incredibly beautiful views. Very well prepared rooms with color harmonies. And most importantly very warm and friendly staff and owner. We will definitely go again.

There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was a bit weak in terms of variety.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this lovely hotel in Sukošan, Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the most kind and wonderful host – a truly lovely family that made us feel right at home. The view from the hotel is simply stunning – waking up to the sight of the Adriatic Sea every morning was unforgettable. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and full of local flavour.
