Far from old town split but only approx €10 in Bolt. The walls between rooms are very thin also and lots of construction going on in the area. But these are only small things, they did not affect our wonderful time in Split.

Rooms were spotless, really good AC. Open the side door to lovely seated area outside right beside the pool. Martina and other workers were very friendly and helpful. Toiletries provided & hair dryer also. Lots of towels. Shared kitchen facilities.

The distance from shore. Only one shop in the area and two cafés which didn't sell food. As we are elderly, we had to get taxis to and from restaurants and supermarkets.however, the taxis were affordable and prompt.

Room comfortable and clean.fresh towels and toilet cleaned daily,and bed made. great pool,kitchen good, with dishes, glasses, and utensils available. There was a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker . The bolt taxi service and food deliveries were great.

Location is 15 mins ride from anywhere (must use uber because the normal taxi will charge you triple) and nearest mini market to get water or anything is 5 mins climbing the hill

Location. I don't mind staying somewhere away from the center, that is why we chose this. But there was literally nothing around and the surroundings looked kind of abandoned. 2 small bars within walking distance. But the closest place to eat we could find was 15-20 minute walk up and down the surrounding hills. Also the beach is really close, but access to the beach isn't. Also, you can sit outside your room but you're actually sitting in the common area, it's not a private terrace.

The room is beautiful and the pool is really nice. Beds are super comfy and bathroom clean with a big shower and big mirror. We didn't get to meet our host in person (because we were early) but communication was fast and clear. We arrived really early and they did all they could to give us a room fast as possible.

The property is lovely and clean, loved the pool area. Close by supermarket. Cheap to get taxis to and from.

The room was pretty clean and decent, but the door to the shower was broken a bit and water leaked out. Needed repairs, though it was not a big deal. Had terrible neighbours who were drunk and turned fire alarm on at 2am. Not Bel Etage's fault though. Neighbours brought a bottle of wine next day to say sorry :) It was good.

Everything was great. I had a great time. Nice cozy room had everything you need including air conditioning. Shared kitchen with basic stuff to get some coffee. App is super close to the local beach and Znan beach as well. Large pool at your disposal if you're lazy. Only few people used it so it was great. Large supermarket nearby. Garage parking on site. Reception will answer all your questions and was always eager to help. Will definitely come again in future.

Location is a bit far from the centre of split - however you can get to the centre in 15/20 mins in an Uber

we were a bit disappointed by the Wi-Fi (the signal wasn’t strong enough in our opinion) and the surroundings of the building are not beautiful but all in all we really liked the room!

the room was very cozy, very well furnished, bathroom was top and it had a parking space (which was our main reason to book it). Also easily reachable to the center of split by bus (bus station 2 min walking).

- Missing a microwave. - Certain areas of the room were a bit dusty upon arrival (table and desk lamp), but it was nothing too bad, and they were cleaned the following day with the room clean-up/refresh.

Perfect size for a solo traveller (or max. 2 people), all the amenities that you’ll need, and not too far away from most attractions (by Uber).

Shared kitchen if all 3 rooms were occupied, luckily we were the only room. Building work next door, started at 7am, looks like ongoing for a while - new apartment block. Location was OK, but very run down. On main bus route to the city. Not a great choice of places to eat.

The room was extreamly comfortable and the staff were so lovely. Although it was a shared kitchen between 3 rooms we were the only room occupied so was not an issue.
