Nothing not to like

The property was in a quiet location, a five minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk in to the old town. The room was large and clean and the small pool was perfect for a quick cool off. Ivana was exceptionally helpful and responded to what’s app messages immediately. There are a few restaurants near by and loads in the town, we were very much spoilt for choice

You are actually renting a room and bath. There was no daily room service. During a 7 night stay sheets,towels and bin were dealt with only half way thru stay. We should have been informed. We had to ask after 3 days for more toilet paper and for someone to empty the bins and change some of our towels. I saw one guest going to the market to purchase more toilet paper. As you are approximately 10 mins from a cafe for a morning coffee it would have been convenient to have a Nespresso machine. Last suggestion, as there is a beautiful pool with table and chairs in the garden we had no plates or cutlery to even prepare an apero or picnic.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable except pillows a bit lumpy. Location was convenient and quiet. Approximately 15 mins walk to old town. Five minutes to beach. If you need to book a transfer to the airport the owner would put you in touch with a very reliable transfer for €40.

The location was really good. Very central with good road networks and easy walking access to both the new and old parts of split! Room was very clean and spacious! Bed was comfy and very big!

Had difficulty finding the property, especially late at night due to it's location being incorrect on Google maps. Also having to carry 3 keys and a big keyring every time I went out was not convenient.

First: Special thanks to Ivana four her precious advices and assistance before and during our stay, among others her restaurants list. Her open-mindedness to answer our needs was the most appreciated. The house is beautiful, clean and located in nice surroundings. We appreciated the private parking.

We were met on arrival at agreed time. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful garden and pool. The property was in a great location, convenient to city and to beach with promenade. Parking was easily available on surrounding streets. Response to query was very quick and helpful.

Beautiful room with huge bed , sofa , fridge , good air con , great bathroom. Near the beaches and beach cafes . Interesting walk to town or cheap Uber ride away 7 euros. Host we v helpful as we arrived mid morning and they gave us keys and looked after bags then text when the room was ready .

The nightstand lamps are way too bright and have cold in stead of warm lightbulbs in them. Reading a book when your partner is asleep is not a option with these lights.

The hosts are very nice people! They contacted us in advance to meet up, give us the keys and give some explanation about the property. They also give us some good advice for restaurants in the city. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The room and it's facilities were very nice. The pool was super clean and perfect to cool of after a nice walk though the city.

I recently stayed at this apartment and loved it. It was spotless, and the towels smelled great. The bed was super comfy with fresh linens. Location was perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Could not speak more highly of this accommodation, we were so close to the beach & restaurants yet far enough away that we felt like we were in our own oasis. A beautiful garden with lovely comfortable rooms & our host couldn’t have done enough to ensure we had a great stay. What great value for money, truly a taste of luxury.

Clean and nice room at a short walking distance from Bačvice and Firule beaches. It had free parking and it is less than 20min walking to the old town. I enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend.

Exceptionaly clean, great location, quite area, super friendly staff. Nice swimming pool, though get yourself mosquito repellent. :)

Would have liked a kettle as advertised but there was a mini fridge and we were able to make do very easily.
