There are no food/ bar facilities which I was aware of,there are 2 supermarkets within 8 kilometres of the property, there is a communal fridge on the landing, and a 1st floor covered terrace overlooking the river, the stairs are quite narrow and winding, I personally had a pleasant stay, but might not suit everyone, ta price point is about right

Well, a few minor issues occurred, from the wrong address on my gps from the language barrier at the reception, only Croatian or a little German.The person responding at the phone spoke English and has been very helpful. One of the bedside lamps did not work and overall the lights in the room and in the bathroom were too low and not so easy to find.The bathroom was a bit smelly.There is no elevator, but this is properly explained in the property description.

All in all, everything went fine. Nice view from the window.Very quiet at night. Lots of parking space close to the riverside road. Big flat screen tv.

Kettle in the corridor was a bit unreliable (if filled more than quarter full) and there was no coffee or tea provided (just sugar), or bowls (just mugs). Providing these would cost nothing and make people feel more at home. But this is just a small issue.

Good location on a fairly quiet road with big camp-site are to rear with river accessible. Surrounded by nature.

They only take cash. Have cash available otherwise, you need to drive to another town to find an ATM.

This is a great place to stay if you are near Karlovac. It is located in a small village about 10 minutes from the E65 highway. The room was nice, the staff were nice. I was finally able to get some downtime to watch the Olympics!

The bathroom was too small with a shower curtain and the bathroom mat that was socked and wet every time I took a shower. There was no soap or shampoo provided.

A bit outdated furniture, but not a big problem

It could be kept a little bit cleaner, it was dusty mostly. It could also have a couple of electrical points more in the room, we only had one available to use unless we started disconnecting bedside lamps and such. And the wifi was not good at all.

the bed had just one big duvet+blanket (not two single ones) with the size not very suitable to the size of the huge doublebed..., few sockets for our mobile phones so we had to switch off bed lamps or TV even though we wanted to see reliable weather forecast or a good film (I'm a Croat living in CZ), the kettle was common on the corridor (although advertised in the room), the corridor and the reception with cigarette smoke

easy to find from the highway even at night, free parking, peaceful place on the 1st floor even though on the ground floor there was a pub, huge doublebed good-hard for our back, night bed-lamps, approach to common terrace with view of the Kupa river, there was a common fridge although not advertised at all :)

Its my favourite place to stay during trip to Bosna or Split in Croatia. Good price for normal conditions. Warm water, very good wifi, TV works.
