very very clean and new rooms. good view and silent location, also €5 taxi into town in 10 mins. bus stop is a 5 mins walk, with buses every 20 mins. the hosts are very responsive and there is a convenience store right under the apartment. good balcony for smoking and chilling. Good place at a very good price.

Perfect, clean and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful Host with lots of useful information about the city. Secure gated parking if you're travelling with car, would reccomend a stay here, close to really nice beaches and a small store right outside the entrance.

I liked the location because I’m not a fan of being in the middle of the city w the crowds and maneuvering around a congested area im not familiar with so this was perfect. The owner was kind enough to let me know that there’s construction down by the beach below but that was not a big deal. I really never heard the noise either.

Place was really clean and spotless which I appreciate. Host was really friendly and gave me suggestions to beaches. I was comfortable and place has kitchen available plus utensils. They had parking.

The host was honest about ongoing construction and offered free cancellation, the construction was not bad at all during my stay. The studio is set up with everything so no stress needing anything from this home away from home, and the location is fantastic as a base in Split. Thank you and look forward to staying here again.

While Netflix and YouTube were available on the TV,only Croatian Chanel’s were available. It would have been nice to be able to access English speaking international broadcasts; don’t know if they are available locally.

Arrived on a late evening flight and had informed the the owner and the owner was waiting up to welcome and was very helpful and informative on places to visit and eat.

We found the apartment very clean, it matches the photos, very comfortable and in a quiet and safe place. The beach is 8-10 minutes walking distance, well connected with bus lines. The communication with Robbie was excellent, very pleasant and very attentive to every detail. He gave us recommendations of places to visit and to eat. Totally recommended.

Only downer was the walking distance to the old city in the heat, but the Ubers were cheap to the town (between 5-7 Euro)

We loved the cozy accommodation, the amazing facilities and the friendliness of the host! Thank you so much Robbie for the amazing stay and the cheese platter! Very close to the beach with close access to a cheap food place and supermarket right next door.

the 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous, The balcony was huge with a fabulous sea view. Robert was very attentive and has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable and there if you need anything. I would recommend this property. 🇭🇷

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split! Robert, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early, but he kindly arranged a safe place for us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready, so we could start enjoying our day right away. We were able to relax at the beach and swim in the sea just a short walk from the property, which was the perfect way to begin our holiday. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for discovering Split, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!
