What a fantastic location. Ignore the Google street walk, inside the property was terrific. Our host was so helpful and went out of her way to accomodate our needs. From the apartment it's just 2 minutes to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the cities main attractions. There are a number of restaraunt options nearby and two supermarkets.

The host was friendly and really helpful, and the studio room was lovely—in a beautiful old building, but very modern inside, with tasteful decorations. The kitchen area had helpful bonus items such as a sandwich press/toaster.

We stayed at Beach City Pearls Apartments for our honeymoon and couldn't have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome, largely thanks to the wonderful owner. She was so kind and thoughtful, always available if we needed anything, and full of great tips on where to go, what to see, and especially where to eat in Split. Her warmth made our stay feel extra special, and it's hard to put into words just how lovely she was. The apartment itself was great, clean, comfortable, and equipped with strong AC (which we really appreciated during the warm days). While we mostly used the room to sleep, since we spent most of our time exploring the mountains, beaches, and the old town, it was exactly what we needed. One thing we originally looked for when booking was a private balcony or terrace, but this place had a beautiful shared garden that honestly turned out even better. It had multiple tables, so we always had a quiet spot to relax together in the evenings or between activities. Location-wise, it’s also ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the Split promenade. It’s close to a train line, but since the apartment is set higher up on a hill, we didn’t hear a thing, only the occasional boat in the harbor, which added to the charm of the area. If you're considering a stay in Split, we can't recommend this place enough. And if you have the chance to meet the owner, you're in for a treat.

We were thrilled with this booking. Our host was so organised so we knew exactly how to pick up our key etc before we arrived. The location is 3 minites to the beach. 7 minutes to town and 7 minutes to bus station BUT very quiet so we could sleep well. The appartment was so clean and cosy, even with a heated towel rail - a real treat. The kitchen facilities were super and in the mornings we had our breakfast outside in the sun. Perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay in split so special.

Zeljana the host gave us her dose of warm Croatian hospitality upon checking in. Apartment is on the ground floor and very close to the bus terminal, port and the Diocletian’s Palace. Apartment is cozy and both the bed and daybed are comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the small garden out front.

The accomodation is lovely both inside and outside. From the garden, you have a view to the street wich is not too busy. Its close to the trainstation, and the beach is under 5 minutes of walk. The room is well equipped, you can find there hairdryer, kettle, and so on. The host is really nice and is keen to give any help

The bathroom floor gets completely wet after each shower. Used towels to try to dry it up, but that really didn't work.

Extremely comfortable bed! A 10 min walk to the old town, very close but also very quiet. The hosts were lovely and kept checking in with us, even fixing the toilet for us within about 10mins of us asking. Lovely stay!

The only thing that could have been better about this apartment was the shower head. The shower head was fine, but wasn't very strong (that's us being picky). Everything else about the apartment was fantastic.

Overall this accommodation was great and a good price! LOCATION! you can't beat the location of this property. less than 5 minutes to walk to the popular Bacvice Beach, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Diocletian's Palace (split city center). The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. Equipped with comfortable beds, mini refrigerator, closet space, great air conditioning, excellent wifi, and a TV. The host was fantastic, giving clear directions and communication before, during, and after our stay. Travel to the Apartment - The host gave us advice on how to get to the apartment from the Split Airport. it was really easy and a convenient location on both ends. Leaving the airport, we used the Airport Shuttle Bus that the host suggested. It cost 10 Euros and takes you within a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

The appartment is maybe a little bit too small for three. But ot was ok as we didn’t spent much time inside. Oven or micro would have been useful.

Close to the city center, the bus station and the harbour. But very peaceful place by the quiet narrow street, there was no traffic. Nice garden where you can have a breakfast. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but still very comfortable, the bed especially was amazing.

Very clean and comfy. We also loved using the outdoor terrace and a lot of the time we were the only ones out there which was lovely. Also, a very good location and only 10 mins from the Old Town and 5 mins away from the beach. Our host was also very attentive and messaged checking if we needed anything at all which was lovely, felt very personal and very much looked after.

Our host, Zaljana, was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and responded to messages really quickly. The garden was a peaceful retreat which really added to our enjoyment. Beautiful building with a lovely garden with seating area where we enjoyed breakfast, ground floor studio apartment which had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses and linen. The ensuite was also fine with plenty of towels provided. A lovely quiet location but close to the centre, ferries and beaches. Our host was amazing, responses were really quick, professional, helpful and friendly.
