We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was honestly the best we have ever had during a holiday, fresh and delicious every morning. The location is perfect, with beautiful and quiet stretches of coastline just a short walk or drive away. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The building is brand new, with modern, comfortable rooms equipped with everything you might need. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfast is absolutely worth it – a wide variety of options, plus the host will gladly prepare fresh eggs or delicious fruit shakes just for you. The location is also fantastic: the beach is only a short walk away, and a supermarket is conveniently close. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the wonderful owners, Dijana and Luka. Their personal touch made all the difference — from helpful local tips to thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly at home. The apartment itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and brand new. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding, going far beyond our expectations. One of the highlights was the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and varied, served with care and attention that made each morning a delight. It’s clear that Dijana and Luka take great pride in offering an experience that’s both personal and professional. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea without needing a car.

Everything was perfect!

This was one of the best places we’ve ever been to! The care of the hosts is exceptional! Hospitality at its finest—every detail is taken care of. The place is brand new, and it feels great to enjoy this "freshness," but we are sure that with this amount of care, it will stay like this for years. The breakfasts are amazing—fresh, delicious, varied, beautifuly displayed and prepared with care. There is always a huge selection accessible but still the host always asks about personal needs and preferences and offers freshly prepared options of drinks and warm (egg based) dishes. A "surprise drink", different every day, is such a nice touch ;) It was a stay that exceeded our expectations! We feel rested and relaxed. We will definitely come back! Truly dog-friendly—we got a room on the ground level for convenient access, the dog always got water during breakfast, and we just felt welcome with him. It is very clean there, and every day we got clean bed sheets. You can just tell that everything is done with a belief that guests should feel like at home. The distance to the sea is perfect! It's not busy or loud—just a short 5-minute walk and you're there. Great location for visiting other places like Zadar (30–40 min), Plitvička Jezera (2 hrs), Šibenik and Krka National Park (a little over an hour), and Split (1:45). But the nearby area is also perfect for a peaceful holiday. We got plenty of recommendations on where to eat or which beach to visit, and they were very helpful. Once again—we’re coming back soon! Hosts were amazing, the hotel is brand new only 3 months old, they have clearly put there soul into the place, it’s impressive and immaculate, clean is a understatement it’s perfect, rooms are 10/10 the best rooms I’ve found on a whole Europe trip and I’ve driven over 18,000 miles this trip staying in over 12 hotels and air BnB. They are way underpriced in my opinion

We liked everything.

Brand new rooms, tastefully furnished, lovely bathroom and huge terrace for chillaxing. Great location, quiet but near the beach and a short drive from other remote uncrowded beaches and beauty spots. Delicious breakfasts and great service, free Wi-Fi and free parking next to the building. A big field behind the place which was great for our dog. Luca, Diana and Valentina, the team running the place are lovely and very responsive. They also help you with advice and recommendations and great olive oil! It felt like a home away from home and I think you can’t say anything that beats that. Highly recommended!

The place is absolutely perfect! 😍 It was random booking for one night, but appeared to be the best stay ever… I wish we booked it for the whole week in Croatia! First of all - location is calm and quiet, near the sea. We saw the sea from the terrace. In 19 km from Zadar. You can find supermarket in 650 m from the hotel. Secondly the place is modern, new and matches photos 100% Especially we liked large bed, powerful hairdryer (it is rare stuff in hotels!) and breakfast selection was really nice. Moreover, due to the fact that I can not eat anything in the morning - I got sandwiches and pudding packed to go ❤️ Also the hosts Yana and Luca are the best: friendly, helpful and understanding. My husband, our dog and I were amazed by this place! Definitely recommend ✨

Everything was great, Diana and Luca were beyond helpful and kind to us and our dog. We liked to stay there very much, 5-10 min and you are near the sea, enjoying incredible sunset. We will definitely come here one more time. We can see that the house was built with very big attention to details and love.

This is new object - brand new. I was one of first guests and... I am totally impressed! Hosts care about me like my family! Great materace, very fast and stable internet connection (usually about 200 mbit) (both wifi and socket), comfortable chair and desk for remote work. Absolutely perfection due to cleanless! Less than 5 minutes for the nearest beach and beach bar. very close to supermarket (Tommy), safe and private parking spot on the object. Very tasty breakfasts - reccomend!
