Lift is slow and small however worked seems all lifts in Europe are this way so no big deal.

Great spot close to everything. Unit was smallish but still clean and comfortable and perfect for two nights.

Some little soaps for the shower would’ve been nice and fresh bottles of water.

Such a great location. Restaurants and shops at your door and waking to the beautiful water and activity. Even though there is so much going on just outside you don’t hear a thing at night. Beds are super comfy too.

The property was very clean. Tho location is what I was looking for. I was a bit confused that is going to be noisy but it was whisper quiet. Instructions given by host were very detailed and easy to follow.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I knew going into our stay that it was located on a bustling popular boulevard and that the music would play until 3am. We had no problems sleeping through the festive hours and it didn’t keep us up at all.

The location on the boulevard was perfect for us. We were in heart of everything and the view out our windows was lovely! The room is clean, the interior construction was new, clean, safe, modern. Room had nice amenities. It was exactly what was pictured and what the reviews said.

You can't get a better location, if you want central, the room is great and the lift is a bonus if you have heavy luggage. Communication is great and access is simple and straight forward. Breakfast arrangements with the local restaurant worked well. Window view was great.

The noise from the coffee shop was extremely loud and as soon as that died down you had the cleaner banging chair and cleaning up. The machine washing the Riva also very noise.

View is amazing beautiful on the Riva. Lift was sufficient .

If you're a light sleeper, this is not for you with the bars and restaurants below, it can get noisy. We had to close the windows and put air-conditioning on at night. Also, being so close to town, you hear the church bells at 7 am every morning. Luckily for us we were getting up for day trips most mornings.

Loved that it was so close to everything, beautiful view from room 6! Lovely, spacious and comfortable bed with nice shower, coffee station, air conditioning, and Tv. Breakfast is at a lovely restaurant just down on the promenade, which you take a voucher to redeem. Lovely and friendly in there and beautiful view with breakfast every morning. They open 8am- 10.30am.

Breakfast was offered through vouchers at a nearby restaurant. Not good value for money. Had we known, we would have not included breakfast when we booked.

Though breakfast was great, you can only choose one plate from restaurant, so I couldn’t have much variety. They had an elevator for carrying luggage.

I would note that this places is right on top of a number of bars and restaurants with outdoor seating so it does get a bit noisy so would not recommend for those who are light sleepers.

The location was really great - easy to access the ferry terminal and also easy to get picked up via uber to go to the airport, unlike some of the places inside the palace in the old town. Had a great view of the water and a good size for a short trip.

I would have liked a rack for the suitcase - as I am old and cannot bend down so well. But that was the only thing I missed.

Nearly everything was excellent. No reception, but the communication via WhatsApp was totally enough and clear and always friendly and uncomplicated. I liked it there very much. And directly on the promenade it was very comfortable for an old single woman like me. Even the noise from the cafès on the place directly under the window was gone when I closed the window. Perfect.

Look out for Saturday evenings during the season. Crowds and music can be very loud for very late. Other evening are not a problem.

The location is amazing. Right on the front. A few minutes stroll to Diocletian’s palace. Our room was tastefully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings. The en-suite was spacious with a very good shower. There is a fridge, kettle and coffee machine along with tea,coffee etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the linens were lovely. The property arranged transport for us. The property is in a pedestrianised area. The price was fair and the gentleman who drove us kindly took charge of our luggage and escorted us to the property. On the return journey he again was very helpful and took us and our luggage right to the check in desk.

Hot Water tank takes time to heat for next person to shower. Have to wait for at least 30 min , so have to plan accordingly.

Room was clean, comfortable bed and in the heart of Old Town. Room was a bit small but works for 2 people.
