It's not a 'B&B' - no one works there you do self check-in with a code on the door. Also there isn't breakfast as it's just a room, there are no communal facilities. The elevator is comically slow, but hey it does the job.

Great location, very central on the main beachfront drag in Split. The bed was SO comfortable, I really want to ask the owner what kind of mattress topper they had! We also thought the coffee machine made a nice coffee.

A small complaint, but would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room! The elevator was also incredibly slow, so I just used the stairs the whole time. Beware the rooms are not that noise proof - while I was in my room I wasn't bothered by a lot of noise, but I came back late at night and could easily hear snoring in the hallway from other rooms.

The room itself is on the smaller side but had a big bathroom. I was nervous that it would be loud being right on the Riva but this room faced the back and was quiet. It had a nice big window to let light in and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed one night at the end of a cruise, and the location was convenient for me. If I was staying for longer I maybe would've wanted something a tad bigger.

We really enjoyed our stay even tho it was very last minute planned/booked. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in earlier than planned. The location is excellent – right in the vibrant center of Split, with everything within walking distance and an amazing view when you look out of the window. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. Big enough for the 3 of us (we had a baby with us). All in all, a pleasant and smooth experience. Would definitely recommend!

The location was superb - especially for someone like me whose sense of directions is a bit off.... fool proof, close to everything, there's a new restaurant Marshall, just around the corner, that has a great pastizada with gnocchi & lovely Posip white wine I also loved how helpful the host was - my internet was off so he helped me over the phone to check-in smoothly

The entrance to the building is a bit old as well even the third floor where the room is located doesn’t look that great. It is a renovated old building so the lift is also old school and takes while to get up and you have to hold the bottom continuously. The bed also slightly sank and wasn’t firm all around

The location is amazing. Right at the promenade in old town. There are nice restaurants all around. The room is itself is also very comfortable and looks nice. I also had a view of the promenade and sea from the room.

Shower pan was flexible so it felt a little unstable to me (I do have some balance issues).

Entrance is a little hidden the first time you try and find it but after that it’s fine. For the price , this is a great room

Right on the Obala so everything is right outside your door. Very clean. Building itself is a little funky but that’s the charm of Split. The room is not big but it was fine for 2 people. Bathroom was big.
