Amazing location. Gorgeously updated to be modern and clean while also keeping some of the character that shows the incredible history of the place. The owner, Falcon, was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport at 5am and he personally agreed to meet us and drive us so we didn’t have to worry about getting a cab or Uber at that time. We only stayed one night, but wish we had more. Loved it!!!

The owner whattsapp with arrival information on location and sent a helpful video clip of the walking route to get from taxi rank to the accommodation since it is a no car pedestrian area. He was very welcoming on arrival and carried our luggage to the 4 th floor attic room. It was of high standard and the toiletries and complimentary drinks were a lovely touch . He gave us recommendations for restaurants and also contact details for a local tour guide to give us a private tour .

Grgur Ninski rooms are amazing, hidden away within the Diocleation Palace. Accessible to everything, but also stunning. Free drinks in the mini bar, breakfast a few meters away,which unfortunately we did not have time for due to trips we booked. So comfortable and loads of space for two large suitcases. Falcon was amazing.

Everything, fantastic location inside the Old City, wonderful host who couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful apartment, plenty of room and for breakfast we were given a voucher to eat at a local restaurant which is brilliant. Highly recommended place to stay.

Great location in the room was beautiful!

The room is a good size, air conditioned with a balcony onto the Street below. It was fairly quiet during the night and the location was excellent, being in the old-town.

The rainfall shower was broken and spurted water over the wall rather than straight down. We reported this to the off-site reception but no-one came to fix it while we were there.

Incredible location right in the middle of Old Town Split. Breakfast is just a few steps away. The marina is close walking distance to get to private island boat trips or ferries. Many wonderful restaurants and shops and historical sites all around you.

Absolutely wonderful. So immaculately clean and fresh. Perfect location, right in the heart of the palace grounds.

Owner Faulkon was very accommodating with us arriving late and gave us many dinner recommendations. The place was beautiful and we would love to stay again🤞🤗. Highly Reccommend🤩

Location was central to all activities throughout the palace walls and close to the market. It was clear that the property had been lovingly restored and very well maintained. The included breakfast at the Luxor (2 minute walk in a small, popular square) was delightful. The host/staff took care of every need for arrival/departure and provided plenty of timely communication to assure your comfort. Will DEFINITELY return.

We knew at the time of booking that there was no elevator - understandable, given the age of the structure. The owner/staff went out of their way to help with luggage to overcome this issue.

We like everything about this property, but especially the divine smell as you walked up the stairs to the apartment. Despite being in the heart of the Roman historical Centre, we were immediately in a quiet and peaceful sanctuary when we walk through the door the exceptional quality of all of the fittings And facilities in this apartment makes it exceptional value for money in view and it is a real tribute to the owner. No corners have been cut or pennies being pinched and getting out this wonderful place to stay we recommend it unreservedly
