Loved everything!

Amazing location. Gorgeously updated to be modern and clean while also keeping some of the character that shows the incredible history of the place. The owner, Falcon, was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport at 5am and he personally agreed to meet us and drive us so we didn’t have to worry about getting a cab or Uber at that time. We only stayed one night, but wish we had more. Loved it!!!

I have nothing that i disliked

The owner whattsapp with arrival information on location and sent a helpful video clip of the walking route to get from taxi rank to the accommodation since it is a no car pedestrian area. He was very welcoming on arrival and carried our luggage to the 4 th floor attic room. It was of high standard and the toiletries and complimentary drinks were a lovely touch . He gave us recommendations for restaurants and also contact details for a local tour guide to give us a private tour .

Grgur Ninski rooms are amazing, hidden away within the Diocleation Palace. Accessible to everything, but also stunning. Free drinks in the mini bar, breakfast a few meters away,which unfortunately we did not have time for due to trips we booked. So comfortable and loads of space for two large suitcases. Falcon was amazing.

Everything, fantastic location inside the Old City, wonderful host who couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful apartment, plenty of room and for breakfast we were given a voucher to eat at a local restaurant which is brilliant. Highly recommended place to stay.

Incredible location right in the middle of Old Town Split. Breakfast is just a few steps away. The marina is close walking distance to get to private island boat trips or ferries. Many wonderful restaurants and shops and historical sites all around you.

We like everything about this property, but especially the divine smell as you walked up the stairs to the apartment. Despite being in the heart of the Roman historical Centre, we were immediately in a quiet and peaceful sanctuary when we walk through the door the exceptional quality of all of the fittings And facilities in this apartment makes it exceptional value for money in view and it is a real tribute to the owner. No corners have been cut or pennies being pinched and getting out this wonderful place to stay we recommend it unreservedly

Avoid booking the room at the very top if you are an older couple like us. There is no lift.

Mladen was so helpful and he and his staff looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay. The location is superb.

Just be prepared for stairs up to your room and you will need to bring and luggage/etc from outside the city wall to the apartments. But totally worth the extra arraignments.

The location was absolutely spectacular!! The owner was so accommodating, helping with luggage to and from the facility from our driver’s drop off.

FANTASTIC location!!!! The property is so clean and well maintained. The room is small BUT exceptionally well set up and has everything you need. PLUS they include a free beverages in the fridge.
