I chose this hotel because it has good price. It is outside the main square area but there is a tram station right in front. Takes 6 stops to go to main square. But we got mugged on the tram. Apparently it is not safe to take public transport inn Zagreb

The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts gave me a very warm welcome. There were 4 free drinks in the minibar, and the host even treated me to an additional one. The TV was brand new, with Netflix available, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again.

The noise outside was quite loud, but I managed to get some rest anyway. For those who sleep very lightly, I recommend earplugs.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center, we walked there for about 20 minutes. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. We traveled by car and had a dedicated, supervised parking space and we did not have to pay extra for it. The bed was comfortable, clean and we benefited from large and small pillows. The bathroom was very well equipped with everything we needed, the shower is formidable. Although we did not hear any noise from the hallway or from the adjacent rooms, there was a little noise from the street, but even though I am a light sleeper, I still managed to get a good night's sleep. The room was equipped with everything we needed, except for slippers, but we had our own, so we were not bothered by this aspect. The reception staff we interacted with were helpful, with a smile on their faces and we felt warmly welcomed.

Excellent hotel! And the room is so well designed! Equipped with all the amenities, comfortable bed and nice pillows, also very clean. And big bathroom! They even offer some free drinks, which is always a nice extra touch. We walked to the city centre, which is not far. I would stay there again when going back to Zagreb.

cleanliness, proximity to tram, with the tram 5 in front of the hotel you can get to the Maksimir park, there’s a bus shuttle park and so many places you can get snacks.

We stayed for just one night, but everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. High-quality materials throughout, with every detail carefully thought out to maximize comfort. The bed was super comfy, and the modern bathroom was a real highlight. The hotel is also ideally located — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. All in all, a short stay that turned into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
