There were a lot of stairs- obviously out of their control but would’ve been nice to know to pack less😂 over 100 steps with two massive bags weren’t the best

The location is inside old town and accessible by feet to all the shops and things to do. However to trade for such convenience inside of Dubrovnik's city wall, no vehicle allows to drop you off right to the door. There are also city staircases so you'll need to tackle to carry your luggages up. We tipped the locals to help bringing the luggages as mostly the Croatian would nicely like to help.

The apartment is clean and new. The lighting for the brightness in the apartment is fantastic. Facilities are well attached, there are laundry machine and the kitchen wares, pans, pots, utensils, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dish washer are excellently equipped for days when you don't want to dine out. Shower pressure is good.

It was the perfect size apartment on top of the hill. It was very homely and comfortable. It has everything you will need! It is like a holiday home

The condition is fair. Shower area has mildew. Main entrance is hard to find. The corridor/walkway leading to the apartment is not pleasant to walk through. While it is useful to have a washing machine, there is no place to hang the laundry to dry. There are so many stairs to climb to get to the apartment- not suitable for heavy suitcases and bad knees or lack of stamina.

There was an awful smell coming from the drain in the bathroom which would be a quick fix. As others have mentioned, finding the place was difficult and would recommend putting a few extra details in check information, either a couple of pictures or some extra sentences.

Fantastic location in the heart of Dubrovnik. Great space with plenty of room for two of us. Place was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable.

A lot of steps to climb to get there. Basic comfort apartment. TV was set to German channels.

The steps to location were a killer. Some pre directions to mimalise pain carrying large suitcases prior to arrival would have been a great assistance. Loft bed has a low roof. My husband is 6' 3" and couldntvstand up straight upstairs.

We were told we were going to be met and when in taxi found that apartment was left open for us, this did not help when we couldnt find the place. I phoned four times before I got an answer for directions. There are almost 200 steps up to the apartment. Not easy with luggage. The bed was not very comfy and pillows like most of Croatia very lumpy. No trays or cooking items to go into oven.

The communication with how to locate the property wasn’t very clear. We had to call. Also the wifi was spotty up in the loft area.

I’ve been traveling Europe for 8 weeks and the bed in the loft was probably the most comfortable I’ve had on my entire trip. The place was very clean.

The apartment facility is good and clean but I didnt expect that apartment location is on the top of the city wall in old town, means we need to carry our heavy luggage climbing hundreds of stairs.

Bedding and towels were a little old and showed wear and tear, the apartment was otherwise fine, although watch your head as you go into the main living room, the corner of the stairs hurt.

Fully stocked studio apartment, which was very useful when we arrived in the city late after restaurants had closed. Self check in made it easier too.

Bed was reasonably uncomfortable. It was hot in the loft until we got the room properly cooled down.

Good location in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Good facilities. The ability to do some washing and get it dry was a real bonus. Well air conditioned.

Washing machine not working when we arrived. Plug not working in the bathroom basin. Difficult to hand wash clothes. Also leak in the ceiling so a wet bed. Was attended to quickly but made us slightly uneasy

The directions were very clear until we got to the location. Door was unlocked and a post it with my name on the door.

It was a surprise for us that the apartment is located quite uphill, and we had to climb quite lots of stairs to get there. Well, Dubrovnik is about climbing stairs anyway :) That was okay for us after all, but it should be described clearly, for example old people or people with leg's problem could know in advance, to avoid unpleasant trips.

Very good location in old town, where we could reach to many restaurants and markets easily. Pile gate and Ploce gate are both within short walking distance.
